The Inn is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We missed it after leaving to go other places. The breakfast was outstanding. I loved the big fireplace in the pub. Our room was warm and the bathroom roomy with generous amounts of pleasant smelling shampoo and body wash. Just very comfortable and charming.

So cute! Comfy, great food (the breakfast was one of the best I've had in ages!), and very very CLEAN! Would totally stay again!

We went in for cocktails and dessert on a Friday night. No real signage and when you first walk in, it's not clear if you're in the right place, but through a weird anteroom, we found the very cozy bar area. It was completely dead when we went in and the music (was there even music?) was very low, but there was a warm, crackling, cozy fire in the fireplace. Owing to being the only two people in the very small barroom, I expected to feel super awkward, but honestly, it was kind of cool and still felt plenty private, even if the bartender probably heard our full conversation. The Elliot's Manhattan was really good. The Steve McQueen was heavy on the booze light on the flavor (I'd probably just order two fingers of Bullit next time. Dessert was fine - crème brûlée was a bit chunky (intentional?) but my wife's flourless chocolate torte was good enough to excite this non-chocolate lover. Staff and owners came in at the end and started complaining about some dude's email and making fun of him (hey, nothing wrong with a 60 year old building car models!), but sometimes you have a long day and you need to complain, I can't hold that against 'em, but it definitely cracked the date night ambiance. Will definitely go back for brunch - I've heard amazing things.

I'm staying here again. This place rocks. It give you the best part of Brunswick, which is the community. I am a Bowdoin Graduate, and I got a chance to chill and hang with a family in the lobby. We chatted and had a blast. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I will be back. I told my family already, we will be back ?

My wife came to Brunswick for one night away and the 165 didn’t disappoint. The rooms were wonderful. We stopped at the on premise bar for a drink and stayed for an appt, dinner and dessert which were all delicious. Breakfast on Sunday was the same. When we come back this way we will definitely stay here.

We stayed here for a night over President’s weekend and had a great time. The Inn is quintessential New England complete with a pub that has a fire place. Our room was beautiful. The location is steps from Main Street and Bowdoin’s main quad. What a great place!

Great place very convenient to downtown and Bowdoin campus. Super easy self-check in for our Carriage House room, beautiful clean space, and delicious breakfast (not included but reasonably priced). We will definitely be back!

Hotel was in a great location for a good price. The rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were also able to deal with my own booking problems very easily and happily.

I've been a long time lover of OneSixtyFive since it was known as the Brunswick Inn. I've been for many occasions over the years, but I'm so thrilled that they've added breakfast and dinner offerings. I stopped in tonight for drinks and dessert with a friend and it was really something special. Not only is the environment so warm and welcoming, but the service is great. But I have to say, tonight the star of the show was the cheesecake. If it's on the menu, it's a must order!

Cozy is the perfect word for the Inn and the Tavern at OneSixtyFive. This old house right across from the park in the center of Brunswick is wonderfully decorated in classic colonial style. It is full of wood paneled walls and cozy furniture both in the lounge and the tavern. There is a fireplace in the tavern that is regularly lit. And the staff are the most welcoming and delightful of people. The menu is small but filled with comfort foods like chicken pot pie, chili, poutine, etc. The food is lightly spiced so that it appeals to a wide audience. The wine and beer list is also small but has good variety and excellent choices. The tavern is small, but lightly attended, so we have always found room to sit. There is also a big porch filled with rocking chairs equipped with blankets and fur rugs to keep you toasty in the Maine evenings. Everything is set up to make you comfortable and happy.

One of the most blissful weekends we’ve ever had away! It was my husband’s birthday. Loved that we could walk everywhere! Added bonus was getting to watch the town tree lighting right from our cozy bedroom!
