Hidden gem that is literally hidden, beneath Richard’s off of Maine St in downtown Brunswick. Went and had poke bowls and karaage chicken, both of which were amazingly well done. They serve specialty teas, which were also really good. Service was quick, not much wait for the food. Love the vibe of the place too, like you know it’s going to be good when you walk in. Definitely recommend!

The Dinosaur Egg is phenomenal, next time I stop by I may just order 3 of those with a drink and be satisfied. The poke was pretty good too!
Can't wait to try the noodle dishes next time. Vibes are lacking a bit,

THE BEST sushi spot in the area HANDS DOWN! [Coming from NYC] I didn't expect to find a local spot this good outside of Portland, but Watami is BETTER than any of the places I've tried in Portland (and actually better than some places I'd been to in NYC!) Mind you, I go for the specialty rolls, so I can't speak to their sashimi or sushi. But the appetizers are also fantastic. I recommend the pork gyoza and vegetable tempura, just to name a couple.
