I honestly can't understand why this gem isn't getting more attention. We have eaten there three times, and each time, the food has been out of this world. It's shocking that such a small, unassuming place knocks it out of the park in terms of bread (every single bread on the menu is FANTASTIC--last time we went, our table got one of each!), entrees, drinks AND baked desserts. If you want a stellar meal in a low-key atmosphere, you must go to Albatross. I sort of don't want the secret to get out, because I want to always be able to get a table, but this place should be packed every day.

We just ordered breakfast sandwiches to go and they were ready quickly and I thought it was the most delicious breakfast sandwich I’ve had in the area!

This is a very interesting restaurant. It's a bit cozy and quirky with an amazing menu! My friend is a vegetarian and we had so many wonderful options. The menu was so creative and everything we got was delicious, fresh and wonderfully presented. We were delightfully surprised by this little restaurant attached to a vintage looking Hotel. A secret little gourmet spot in Camden Maine!!

I saw a review that was not very favorable. However, when I dug into it, it was clear that it probably wasn’t fair so I decided to check it out for myself.

I think the place is cute. It’s trendy it’s hip. I sound like an old man, I felt the food was inventive unique creative the flavor profile fantastic highly recommend. I will say the hamburger doesn’t look great when it arrives, but the flavor profile between the cheese the grass fed beef unbelievably juicy, and delicious. Super flavorful served on an English muffin. I couldn’t eat it fast enough. It was so good. If I lived in the area, it would be my regular place.

The restaurant is a little bit hidden. You have to be specific in your search for it. Otherwise you’ll drive right by it. I also noticed they serve Sunday brunch and I bet it’s great. Their cocktail and wine list was both inventive and unique.

A very cute place with creative and delicious plates. It’s recommended to take 2-3 dishes per person. Expect 40/50$ per person, everything will be delicious and prepared with care. Portions are “European”, not American which is great if you’re looking to fill a moderate appetite.

This wonderful restaurant may fly under the radar for the casual diner reviewing the menu but every dish offers an unique and fantastic palette pleaser! Worth the stop!

Creative, well composed small dishes for sharing. Excellent heirloom tomato salad in a light crema with subtle Asian flavors. Nice staff. Fair prices. Will try to get back once more before our trip ends. A real find in Camden.

Delicious! Simple menu of build your own breakfast sandwich. Go for the Prairie Breeze cheese!!! Worth the $2 extra. The woman who took our order was so friendly and helpful. The prices were great. Would have loved to try this place for dinner too but we didn't get a chance. Definitely come here for a breakfast sandwich if you can!

Great spot for a casual dinner. Eclectic menu, but the flavors are spot on and preparation well-done. We enjoyed a well-paced dinner with kind and prompt service.
