While the food was tastefully prepared, the service was poor. One of meals had a mistake but no one followed up until the meal was completed. Expected more for the price. We do not expect to go back.

We went to Franny's for our anniversary and it was the perfect night!! We sat at the bar and it was great. Bar Keep Mary and the young lady working with her were super!! Friendly, chatty and very helpful with making suggestions as everything looked and sounded delicious!! And it was!!! Old Fashions to start, Squash blossoms, steak, Tuna, Crème Brulé, wine and espresso martini!!! Everything was incredible!!! The restaurant itself was warm and cozy on a cold rainy night in September!! We will be back!

Sat at the bar. Our server, Mary, was excellent — attentive but gave us space when appropriate. Wine recommendation was perfect. Food was superb. Started with a perfectly crispy crab cake. Followed by the best tuna I have ever had. The slaw was to die for. My wife raved about the steak frittes. Ambiance was friendly and fun. We will definitely be back. Our favorite restaurant in the Camden area.

My husband and I really enjoyed Franny's for our wedding anniversary getaway. They were able to seat us just before our reservation time and quickly took drink orders. The margarita was fantastic and avoided the "too sweet" taste of many house sour mixes (very heavy pour - well worth the $$!) My husband had the "El Guapo" cocktail, which was also delicious! We could have ordered several appetizers, but instead chose the shrimp dumplings and cucumber salad. Wow! SUCH a good choice! :) Delicious and would have ordered 2, if we had known how good they were. For entrees, my husband tried a special with ahi tuna over coconut jasmine rice and asparagus. The tuna was cooked perfectly, but the sides were not as flavorful as we had hoped. My entree choice was on the regular menu - mussels and scallops over cheddar grits with cream corn and crumbled bacon. SO Delicious! Similar to a shepherd's pie base with the seafood on top but the flavors were so warming and hearty. Perfect for a fall dinner! We passed on dessert since we were quite full but loved the dimmed ambiance, nostalgic classic rock tunes, and not being rushed. The only thing we would have changed was the ability to catch our server to order another round of drinks. Although we appreciated being able to take our time and not feel rushed, it felt like we could have been "checked on" another time or two during the duration of our time at Franny's. Overall, we loved our experience and appreciated the delicious cooking and cocktails for our celebration. Thank you, Franny's! :)

This was a nice, small restaurant. The food was good, but not exceptional. We had the fish dishes and the portions were very small. I am guessing we had 3-4 ounces of fish in each serving.
Another special evening at Franny's! Malibu, one of our favorites here, was one of the specials and it was as amazing as ever! Always love the cozy atmosphere and the great music was just at the right volume to add ambience, but not be intrusive.

My wife and I spent our anniversary dinner at Franny's and we were glad we did. Everything was above expectations. The staff was accommodative, responsive, and courteous. Both of our dishes were excellent, I had the Halibut special, and my wife enjoyed the shrimp linguini. Our server was helpful with selections as well as pairing the appropriate wine.

Always a top choice in Camden. We love a meal centering on starters and our most recent dinner under the cozy tent at Franny's included Shrimp Dumplings on a bed of chilled noodles, Spring Rolls, Farmers Salad and Lobster Fritters. All super tasty and large enough portions that we didn't have room for dessert

We look forward every year to to our trip to the Camden area. Frannie's is always a highlight. We have learned to make our reservation well in advance so we don't miss out on the delicious food. Never fails to delight us.

We have been here before and that's why we came back. The mussels were the best we have ever had and we live on cape cod. My wife said she should have ordered 3 orders of mussels and bread and she would have been in her glory. Her tuna was perfect and my shrimp linguine was very good
