Mixed Greens in Camden, MN…..What a fabulous place for lunch. The salads are fantastic and so satisfying, and they do the BEST raspberry chocolate nut cookie!! Ella and Mia are superb in the kitchen prepping the food, and out front serving it. Thank you!!!
They certainly don’t specialize in vegan offerings, and none of the sweet treats in their display case were vegan as far as the staff knew, but the super greens salad absolutely blew me away with how flavorful it was! I had to rely on my own chocolate supply for dessert, but I totally go back.
I got the Rainbow Salad; it was the best salad I've ever had! Packed with flavor, all of the veggies were so fresh. As a vegetarian I was so glad to find this place in Camden! My only regret is that I couldn't try all the other veg options on the menu - I will have to return!
