Wife has the lobster. Said it was excellent. I had a burger and was cooked like I asked. Service was good.

We took a sunset sailboat cruise and realized that most restaurants in Camden either required a reservation or were closing after the boat ride, so we ended up at Peter Ott’s. The line looked long but they were able to get my party of 2 in within 10 mins. As a vegetarian, there weren’t a ton of options, but the veggie burger was fine (pretty sure it was just a well executed frozen veggie patty) and the fries were good. My companion really enjoyed the lobster corn chowder and Caesar salad. Overall I don’t know as it’s a must-visit, but we had a nice time!

Went in for dinner Friday night with a small group of friends and while it was very busy, we were able to get a table quickly. Our server, Austin, was prompt and attentive throughout the whole meal. He answered our questions, was very knowledgeable about the food and offered great food/drink recommendations! Our group ordered a quite a variety and everything was delicious. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Peter Ott’s (and Austin!) to anyone!

Austin was very efficient, helpful, and kind. Food was great! I got the mussels as an appetizer and the lobster quesadillas as my entree. Both were exceptional! I highly recommend.

After a week up and down the Maine coast and sampling dozens of restaurants my wife and I stumbled into Peter Ott’s restaurant in Camden for lunch. Fish Tacos for her and fish and chips for me. Not the first time we’d each ordered the same meal in other places. Well we wound up coming back for a dinner of fried scallops, corn and lobster chowder, panko crusted Halibut and beet salad. If they served breakfast we would be back in the morning. Sadly they don’t. From the smiling hostess to the waitstaff to the ambiance and most importantly the absolutely delicious food it was perfect.

My family and I stopped in for Sunday lunch, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the older host at the front. (Brown hair, mid 50’s, we were unable to get her name) From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome and were treated in a way that no guest should ever experience. It was disappointing enough that we chose to leave without being seated. Having someone represent a business in such an unprofessional manner leaves a lasting negative impression and is something that should be addressed seriously.

A kayak is a boat and this was confirmed by the amazing Peter. His service was great and I wouldn't have wanted another waiter. He was attentive and gave the best service.
