Three adults took a driving tour of New England last year to see major historic sites, take pictures and eat great food. In Camden, we walked around on the dock area. After a schooner sail, we returned to the dock for food and decided on Peter Otto’s right on the dock. Great water views. We had clam chowder ( delicious), fish tacos (delicious) and a great burger. What a nice experience.

Order the special. We were wonderfully, deliciously surprised by the specials. I am sure the regular menu is amazing as well. The atmosphere is casual-cozy, with a lovely view of the harbor. The staff is super sweet and attentive. A wonderful spot to sit down and enjoy a meal.

The clam chowder was very liquid and with not a lot of clams. The wedge salad is very expensive when you see the ingredients of this dish. In the other hand, the lobster rolls were very fresh and well garnished. You probably pay for the view on the harbor.
Our group had the clam and lobster chowder, beet goat cheese salad, fish taco, lobster BLT and a hamburger. The only truly bad dish was the burger because it was burnt, hard and because of this I couldn't taste any other flavor in the burger. All the seafood dishes were exceptional. I was disappointed our waitress was in such a hurry, she didn't wait for my response when she asked how we were enjoying our meals and didn't return until everyone else was done eating. Thankfully the sweet potatoes were served with the burger and they were delicious.

Great location, friendly professional service, and good food. I'd have given it 4 1/2 stars if I could. The food was good, but not great. Maybe we just had too high expectations after reading other reviews. Perfectly fine, and nice atmosphere. Pretty much identical to the Waterfront about 100 yards away. Either one is a good choice in Camden.
