Nothing says summer like an ice cream from Ducks! Sure the line is long, but in some ways that’s part of the fun. The kids who run the shop are always sweet and take their time to make your sundae perfect (hence the long line). Love that they don’t skimp on the hot fudge! Waffle cones are tasty as is the soft serve. Can’t go wrong with whatever you get, especially if you can score a seat on the bridge above the river - double points if it’s in the evening with the bistro lights on overhead.
Great selections for gluten and dairy free and the staff was very friendly.
It was okay. Overpriced. No sign saying sugar cones are .75 extra.
The ice cream here is SO GOOD we visited twice in one day. The chocolate raspberry truffle in particular is outstanding. I couldn’t decide between that and the soft serve, so the second trip was for the soft serve which did not disappoint!

Had a mixed cone of the Maine blueberry cheesecake and brown butter bourbon truffle. No old man hacking up a lung could ruin the vibes of the footbridge while eating the ice cream either. Rachel also loved the peanut crunch topping.

Small ice cream stand located right next to a very pretty, recently renovated bridge over a stream. Our chocolate and strawberry ice cream cones were all very good.

Right by the river. Brightly colored with lots of spots to sit. A couple of vegan options & sorbet. Love this spot after walking up Mt Battie.
Nice ice cream shop right by the river with a good variety of flavors and great service by Maya. Great portions and hit the spot after a morning hiking at Camden State Park. Tried the Mt Battie Cherry and Wild Blueberry flavors = ??????! Although I didn't try them appreciated the milk based alternatives and gluten free options.

Charming little spot right near the river. Great selection of flavors, fun sundae combinations, and soft serve. A small outdoor seating area is right next to stand, as well as a footbridge over the water.
Well priced. Cash only. Best Ice Cream we had our whole Maine Roadtrip!

Two options for vegan flavors, which is always appreciated, but it was honestly some of the worst vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. They get it elsewhere, so I recommend they change this as it is really not up to par with what good vegan ice cream tastes like.
Cute little ice cream shop and the ice cream was delicious.

Locals like it too!
This place must be good because the locals eat here. This place sets its self apart with lots of flowers, lights, and colors. Then add many Maine inspired flavors and you are set for a good time.
I ordered a waffle cone with Mt. Battie Black Cherry and Maine Wild Blueberry. Both flavor were delicious.
The service was great too.
Cash only!
