I think it would be worth it to try an match and or rise above the relatively low bar of the Applebee's experience.
The price is way too high for the lack of quality control, the portions way too small, & the food over cooked.
Mozzarella sticks shouldn't be dark, dark brown and missing the primary ingredient (Mozzarella).
If a $23 chicken salad can easily be smighted by Wendy's low effort offerings, you've got a major problem.
On a positive note, the wait staff were kind, so that was definitely appreciated.
But yeah... eight mozzarella sticks, eight Garlic knots and a surprisingly small chicken salad should never cost $64.

We stopped in on a Tuesday night for dinner and drinks while vacationing in Maine. We sat at the bar and there was no wait. The bartender was personable and attentive. We ordered a couple beers and had dinner. Fish tacos were pretty good. The pasta was good too. We walked here from the place we were staying so I can’t say exactly what the parking situation is but I’m pretty sure it’s on the street - not sure about meters. The atmosphere was laid back and easy going - there weren’t too many others at the bar while we were here but we had a nice conversation with a bar neighbor. Overall great experience.

Steak tips with feta over rice with green beans… BLAND. I simply cannot get over the fact I paid 30 bucks for tasteless food. What the heck is in the kitchen ? Do we have sea salt? Cracked pepper? Anything at all back there ? And why were the green beans slimy?
I don’t mean to be rude, but some onnnnnnnn!!!!!
Time for the chef to taste the “special” of the month and see what I am talking about.

5 of us went for dinner. I had the Greek Steak Tip special. The potatoes were cold and no feta cheese on the entree. The waitress did reheat the potatoes, but never offered to bring cheese. 2 friends had the blackened haddock reuben. It lacked the saurkraut. The appetizer rolls were first served burnt. All in all, a disappointing night out to say the least. The place does have a nice view of the harbor and the waitress did try, but seemed to have to many tables. The manager did give us 15% off, but it wasn't worth it for the price of the dinners. None of us will go back.

Got seated right away. There was a football game coming out of the speakers, but no t.v. on the wall to watch it (lol). Either get a t.v. or put music on. Happy hour deals are a joke (10oz beers and reuben egg rolls that weren't even on the menu or offered in the "special". Waitress never came back to see if i wanted another mini beer , which of course i did cause it was gone after 30 seconds. Had to ask the other waitress who brought our food for another beer. Sad day in Camden at the Sea Dog. Not to mention it wasn't warm in there.

We almost didn’t eat here because of the negative reviews; however, my son wanted to try the beer. So glad we tried it. We had a great experience - food, beer, service, and atmosphere. My son had the cobb salad with haddock. I had the Mediterranean wrap with clam chowder. Reasonable prices for large portions. My son loved his blueberry ale. Go here!
