Stopped in got 2 blt's the lady starts making them on the 2nd one u look at it and know they were off I asked her does a footlong blt really come with no bacon? She counts the pieces and has 3 on the whole thing I said there is no way I eat subway 5 days a week at better locations and she said oh I must have put an extra piece on the other one and grabs one off and adds it to the half that only had 1 piece.... a blt has 4 pieces per 6 inch so 8 per footlong so she gave me half of what I paid for..... was an older lady with a little scruff on the chin. Will never go back to this location and will find a way to let subway corporate know that the standards are very bad at this location.

Love my sweet onion chicken teriyaki on multigrain with spinach, green pepper, onion and black olive. Add provolone and American cheese and yummy! Add a fountain drink and a raspberry cheesecake cookie and bag of chips and I'm full for the day.

I ordered a Black Forest ham, paying more for extra ham and cheese, but the sandwich had less ham than I would expect from a normal ham sandwich! A new low for a store that has been slipping for some time.

Sandwiches were good. Order DoorDash, we are from out of town. 1/3 of our order was delivered. Ordered 5 combos and only sandwiches were in the bag, no chips no drinks. Driver said they handed him the bag and you’re all set. Clearly not. $75 for 4 six inch subs and 1 foot long and nobody noticed that the order felt light. Door dash refunded part of the money but when I called the store they were just like take it up DoorDash. No, I’m sorry we messed up or an apology of anytype.

Food typical subway. Staff helpful and respectful. But we were not sure how to get my elderly mother up the steep from steps. She was determined and we did help her up with some trepidation, only to find out that around the back door is a place to walk out with a ramp. But this safer place wasn’t at first obvious to us as an option. I don’t believe there was a sign directing handicapped persons into another entrance that wasn’t seen from the main entrance. In the end we drove around back to pick her up. But if we hadn’t seen someone go out that back door mom planned to try to go back down the steep stairs. I had to stop her

In retrospect when we didn’t see a safe way inside we should’ve left and not attempted fate. Fortunately no one was injured. They need to find a better location or make it more obvious a safer place to enter and exit. It’s a huge risk and liability for Subway.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sub ingredients were friesh, clean establishment. Friendly and efficient workers, polite and smiling. Keep these folks happy. The Ellsworth, ME location could take a few chapters from the playbook here in Camden. Everything in Camden is leaps and bounds better, with staff, food and service.

The man that works Sunday night is extremely rude and appearance is dirty. The bread was burnt and there was no footlong cookies because there where frozen. And he ran the place like a tight wad.

The man is wearing gloves, but does not put on a clean pair after tending the cash register, then continues making sandwiches with contaminated gloves. Quite disgusting.
