Always a pleasure stopping here, though it's not often at this particular place but I've had no problems and the bathrooms have been pretty clean and well kept so that's a huge plus because I've seen other places that have really poor skills at keeping one clean and just plain gross

Small town Dunkin here. Service 80% of the time is super slow, so you go there with that expectation and then it won't be that bad. Tough times right now trying to find good help.

I feel bad for the employees of this location. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick up and there were at least 10 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window I had been in line for 40 minutes. The young lady working the window was very apologetic for the wait, seems as though out of the 4-5 employees there she was the only one working. 2 of my 4 drinks were wrong, she fixed them, no one had boxed my donuts, she had to do that.
