I have went to this Dunkin often since I moved here a year ago. I cannot recall 1 time that I’ve had good customer service here. Employees are extremely rude and seem not to listen when you order. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten the wrong drink or half frozen food. I think this is something management should fix.

Went with my grandma, she has a hard time hearing and seeing. And I was trying to explain that to the lady working there but she was being rude and I asked to speak to the manger. She ended up threatening to come over the counter to beat me up because I made a comment on how rude she was being to my impaired grandmother!!

They people who work here go waaaay above what's expected! Everytime I come through the line it's fast and the employees are happy and having fun in a good mood! The6 recommend drinks and donuts even the bacon snacks I never would have thought to get! Excellent service! Sure wish they would take tips or be allowed to accept them. When employees go above and beyond it would be nice to be allowed to thank them monetarily! ;) do you think you could change that for em??
Going into the canton Dunkin’ Donuts from time to time there’s always two kids in there while their mother works her shift. It makes it difficult to order when the children are bouncing around being rambunctious. While their mother yells at them to behave. I understand the struggle and necessity to bring your kids every once in a while. But all the time is too much and very unprofessional.

This location makes the best hot mocha lattes!!! I travel to Massachusetts constantly throughout the week on a 3 hour drive with my fiance, just moved up here to Oxford county maybe 7 months ago after living in Massachusetts my whole life and I swear, MA cannot make a latte like this location does. In MA, they're usually too bubbly and the foam disappears quickly and they seem wayyyyy too rushed but this location right here makes the creamiest foam!!! Thanks :)
