They people who work here go waaaay above what's expected! Everytime I come through the line it's fast and the employees are happy and having fun in a good mood! The6 recommend drinks and donuts even the bacon snacks I never would have thought to get! Excellent service! Sure wish they would take tips or be allowed to accept them. When employees go above and beyond it would be nice to be allowed to thank them monetarily! ;) do you think you could change that for em??
Going into the canton Dunkin’ Donuts from time to time there’s always two kids in there while their mother works her shift. It makes it difficult to order when the children are bouncing around being rambunctious. While their mother yells at them to behave. I understand the struggle and necessity to bring your kids every once in a while. But all the time is too much and very unprofessional.

This location makes the best hot mocha lattes!!! I travel to Massachusetts constantly throughout the week on a 3 hour drive with my fiance, just moved up here to Oxford county maybe 7 months ago after living in Massachusetts my whole life and I swear, MA cannot make a latte like this location does. In MA, they're usually too bubbly and the foam disappears quickly and they seem wayyyyy too rushed but this location right here makes the creamiest foam!!! Thanks :)

12/1/23 morning went in wife got to order her coffee. The woman made the order. Never asked what i wanted. Said the price and paid. Woman walked away took drive through order. 10 minutes later asked what I wanted I paid I waited 20 minutes never got my order. I couldn't get her attention. I had to leave with only paying for it not getting it ..... Went in 12/3/23 wife got hers . I ordered a large coffee. They tryed to give me a medium I said I order a large. The man manage said make him a large one . The kid turns around and dumps it in a large cup and adds water..yay my coffee is watered down . Not the kids fault. The manages is at fault. I couldn't even drink it. $12 down the drain. Thanks . I'll drink to turner for now on. I'll pay for the gas .
Husband went and ordered our drinks and of course we received the wrong ones, not a huge deal but still inconvenient. Got placed on hold for over 7 minutes and no one ever answered the call to resolve the problem. Absolutely horrible staff.

I am so over this place. Couldn't get a simple order right any of the 400 times I have stopped here.Butter Peacan is apparently Caramel....Asking for an espresso shot to be added to a drink is like asking for Spaghetti Dinner. You'll be asked to repeat the order and every single time they will completely miss the mark anyway and disappoint you. Don't even bother.The price of this burnt filth isn't worth it.
