The worst customer service we have ever experienced!! Ordered wings that were very undercooked and in edible even though we asked them to make sure they were triple baked. When we called to let them know the girl that answered was very rude and immature about our complaint. Constantly sighing and not listening to what we were trying to tell her. Will not be eating here again! Embarrassing!!!

Ordered the extra lage meat pizza. The pizza was good but lacking in toppings and cheese. Crust was almost perfect. I say almost because the center was slightly under cooked. For the price, add more toppings & cheese! We sat at the tables and it was very warm in the building. Need a better AC. Chairs are old and very wobbly (accident waiting to happen).

I ordered takeout from here today. I ordered online and went there immediately. It took about 15 minutes for the pizza to be ready, and it was great. The guy at the counter was friendly, the place was clean, and the pizza was delicious.
They stole money from me and disrespected my intelligence by serving me some nasty nasty stepped on chili fries the owner was a real POS when I kindly told him he can take the food back and give me a refund or I can post it on Google he chooses option 2 here we are years later and I got 50,000 views on that post

I was recently in Caribou visiting my land, wow has that place changed in the past 10 years... I went to DiOddo's Pizzeria after checking reviews and remember eating there last time I was up here but the place looks run down like it has been shut down for years cracked windows boarded up etc a police officer that was on patrol said it had been closed for a while.
He directed me to Big Cheese... Some of the reviews said it was good some said it was very poor. When I walked in let's just say I knew it wasn't going to be great. I got a medium cheese pizza and a small order of buffalo wings.
The wait was only 20 minutes. The two staff members were very friendly. They were not busy this was a Friday afternoon. Don't get me wrong the folks inside mean well I just don't think they're experienced or they've received poor instructions/resources on how to make food.
Upon returning to my hotel room I noticed that the smell of the food had given me an upset stomach on the ride back something about the smell wasn't right just didn't sit well with me. Upon opening the pizza I could see why. Looked & tasted like store-bought frozen dough parts of the dough still tasted frozen, the sauce was practically ketchup with oregano same with the cheese almost like a refrigerated taste. I could have made something better in the hotel room.
When you go to a pizza place you expect to get somewhat decent wings. You're either going to get a fried wing dings that are crunchy everyone knows these. They get real soggy when you put sauce on them or the place actually takes the time to fry/bake the wings despite still being frozen they might not be breaded are usually of a decent size etc.
So to my shock and I do mean shock I could not believe the wings that I got amounted to microwaved frozen Tyson Any'tizer buffalo wings that you can buy in a bag at any grocery store... I actually want to say that they were worse.
It's like they just stuck them in the microwave/oven on the plate. Hit a timer then scraped them off the plate once they were burnt a bit. (They were very burnt I'm talking black) Then threw them in the box. They only had the sauce that they were frozen with no extra sauce was tossed on them which would have made them a bit more edible. They 100% tasted frozen. Which you know they are but you usually don't expect to taste it...
Very low brow very low effort food and this can only be chalked up to the owner's responsibility... You can't blame the employees despite how inexperienced they seemed. I don't know them personally like I said at the beginning of this review that could be the resources and instructions that they have to work with definitely not their fault.
I was hungry didn't feel like paying for expensive Chinese takeout or going to a restaurant which they are few and far in that area. So I did not complain and I do regret it but I feel if I did and I went back there these two employees probably would have cried or something because they're feelings would be hurt. (That's the society we live in these days)
I hope the owner reads this. I hope they understand the critiques and can take it. I'm just being honest. Your product should be better especially considering the rave reviews I've read or it's quite possible that the people of Caribou have shitty taste which is something I have considered for many years now...

My husband had Chicken Parm Sub. Cheese wasn't even melted.It was horrible. I had an Italian Sub and couldn't eat it because the dressing was rancid! Had a chicken fries with gravy. They weren't even close to being cooked. The entire meal was disgusting! Complete waste of $30. All done with this place !

Ordered chicken parm sandwich, boneless mild wings and fries. The Chicken Parm was AWFUL three bites and into the trash. The boneless wings should be on the menu as "bites" they were not even close to being a wing, however the flavor was adequate but still nor worth the cost. The fries needed more seasoning and were soggy. All in all we payed $36.00 whi h also included two sodas the only thing missing at checkout to pay wad an employee wearing a ski mask. We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND WILLNEVER REVISIT. TERRIBLE FOOD. BUYERS BEWARE
