One of my favorite places to grab dinner when I visit Caribou. Very friendly and quick staff, and an extensive sandwich menu. I had the Italian sub, which was loaded with meats, cheese, and it paired very well with pickle and mayo. There's a great selection of Pepsi products to drink, tons of chips, and plenty of desserts, too. I had a chocolate no-bake cookie which was also very tasty.

After a trip from one side of Maine to the other, this has been one of our favorite meals! Hubby had The Viking, (which also helps the local schools athletic department!), and along with an abundance of meat and fresh veggies... they added fresh jalapeños! Hot heaven! For the quality of food, cost, time involved with cooking, and current grocery prices, it’s just as well for me to eat Caribou Sub Shop 3 times a day most days. Other bonus. No dishes to do at home!
