Customer service was horrible. I had simply asked for a matcha latte made the right way. Dunkin doesnt put the matcha powder into hot water like ur supposed to and its gross eating clumps of matcha in my drink. Had started yelling at me for asking to have the matcha powder be mixed in hot water. Will NEVER come here AGAIN!! Do better and get ur crap together:/
Best Dunkin I've been to so far here in Aroostook County. Presque Isle needs to step up the game, especially the drive-through, next to the Key Bank! But this one here in Caribou has it together, quick service, kind helpful employees and overall a better experience then the others who frequently mess up orders or flat out refuse to serve you after asking you to hold, leaving you waiting more then 10 mins and never getting back to you even after they took orders from new comers in the other lane. CEO of Dunkin, you need to step up before Starbucks gets word and decides to franchise here because plenty of people have requested it!!!
My sister got us a gift card we spent $14 and was so disappointed It was pretty much not good at all. The doughnut was not fresh and the Lattes were gross. They were so watery. I'll got to Tims!
Let me tell you, I am from southern Maine and they don’t have Dunkin’s like this. We come up here every year to visit family and drive 25 mins one way every day while in the county just for this Dunkin. Service is always amazing, the team members working this store have A+ customer service skills. The coffee? Perfect every time. The donuts? I’ve GENUINELY never had anything as fresh in southern Maine. Keep doing what you’re doing.

I went in twice on different days to get a vanilla chai. On both days they didn't have it. For a popular item you would think tgey would have this on hand daily. Was very disappointed.

The flavor swirl was not stirred in, was sitting on the bottom of the iced coffee, which was also missing the cream ordered. Looked like a cup of tea with one cream.

I did not stop at this Dunkin’ store his morning to eat, sadly, though it smelt sooooo good and I couldn’t used several of their coffees before my long drive home! I stopped to fix the plastic and tape I’m using as a temporary window on the drivers side door, it’s been an extremely tough past couple of days for me and I am not from here and really don’t know anybody. Although people have been very nice.
As I prepare for my COLD, NOISY, WINDY and potentially many other verbs, I struggle with the plastic and atop several times in the first 1/2 hour.
I pulled into DD knowing that I’d need to or in some elbow grease and do it right this time. Still kinda grooving into my day, not sure which way it might actually go, Rob walked out and fretted me with a big smile on his face! I think I caught him off guard then me, I expected someone to tell me that if I wasn’t buying anything I couldn’t stay. That wasn’t the case at all, he just wanted to know of I needed any more plastic or tape for my windows. I cannot tell you how much my experience with Rob and being able to watch him and the rest of his awesome team interact with customers in the short time I was there effected the start of this stressful drive.
He later caught me eaves dropping on his banter with a customer and asked if I was thirsty. I am not from the area, where I am and the surrounding areas are lacking in the customer service department. Not DD in particular, but everywhere. I’ve been working i this field over 20 years, and have a hard time understanding why respect, empathy, common sense and courtesy are so difficult or why it’s so hard to reach it to our children and so on, along with good work ethic. Y’all gave me faith, guys, and you make your customers feel like they’re each your only one! That’s getting the job done right!!!
Thanks for the experience and letting me squat there til I was mentally ready to leave!!!

Our online order was picked up and we ate in. Lori made us feel very welcome. She is a very hard worker & very organized!!! Very personable!! Thank you for a Great experience!!!
Kid-friendliness: She took time to talk to the children and asked them what they liked. It was great to see her interact with return customers with their parents!!!

Worker shortage as usual. It's not dunkins nor employees fault. It's a societal problem that is NOT being addressed. Out of scope what a business can fix.

Could speed up on service through drive-through. Be quicker. Sitting 5 or more minutes is not called for.
