Best Dunkin I've been to so far here in Aroostook County. Presque Isle needs to step up the game, especially the drive-through, next to the Key Bank! But this one here in Caribou has it together, quick service, kind helpful employees and overall a better experience then the others who frequently mess up orders or flat out refuse to serve you after asking you to hold, leaving you waiting more then 10 mins and never getting back to you even after they took orders from new comers...
Let me tell you, I am from southern Maine and they don’t have Dunkin’s like this. We come up here every year to visit family and drive 25 mins one way every day while in the county just for this Dunkin. Service is always amazing, the team members working this store have A+ customer service skills. The coffee? Perfect every time. The donuts? I’ve GENUINELY never had anything as fresh in southern Maine. Keep doing what you’re doing.
I went in twice on different days to get a vanilla chai. On both days they didn't have it. For a popular item you would think tgey would have this on hand daily. Was very disappointed.
