French toast was really good, but the portions are very small. I also really liked the homemade whipped cream and home fries!

Fireside Cafe is a lovely new breakfast/brunch spot here in Caribou. The atmosphere is homey and inviting and the live music is a nice touch. The food is good, though the pancakes were small for the price point.
