Food was good waitress horrible. Simply asked for a different drink because mai tai was gross. They refused to give me a different drink. Horrible customer service they actually called the police on me because I wanted a different drink never ever going back to a place that does not try to keep customers happy. Ended leaving because other customer put his opinion without knowing all details. If a restaurant decides to screw customers. They automatical charged a tip that I had no intention of paying. When I asked the cashier they said tip already charge bi am going to my card and declining the charge. I'm done with restaurants up here taking advantage people and not taking care of their patrons. They will not see us ever again. When we were trying to leave a very expensive plate fell on floor and they would not replace it. I have been a chef in the hospitality industry all my life and have never been treated so badly. Never going back urge you never to go. They also added a tip to the check that I am not oblidge to pay. My bill will be reversed because you can't make me tip for horrible service Chef Jim

Ordered beef and broccoli and the “beef” was disgusting, they skimped us with pork. Went back and wouldn’t refund (they don’t believe in refunds) paid $43 for food there and it was definitely not fresh. The other owners were way better probably won’t go back again.

There are not too many options for chinese food near me except maybe in Presque Isle. However, my wife and I ordered here and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service.

Not anymore, the food was tasteless and over cooked, my friend got the wrong order, but the waitress argued that's what you ordered. I ordered 2 beef teriyaki, but billed for a half order. She then argued about that. I cashed out and a lady next to me know was in tears saying they burnt her food and still have to pay. The cashier over heard and began to argue with the poor lady. Not the Jade food or service we once had. And for that I'm out.
