My husband and I went out to have our favourites; the pupu platter and a half house rice almost a month ago. The food was not up to its normal standard but we didn’t think too much about it. The next day and night my husband became violently ill. I messaged the Jade palace fb page to let them know. They saw the message and didn’t bother replying. It’s been nice knowing ya but I guess this is where our journey with you ends.
they promote favoritism. I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting to get my order taken just for them to go around me and get other people who just showed up great way to treat a veteran

all the food that I ordered was very delicious. all the recommendations from the waitress named Ricky were all delicious. I ordered orange chicken, sesame beef and boneless ribs all were delicious and the chili sauce was also very delicious. Ricky's service was very friendly and excellent. this will be my favorite restaurant here. ❤️❤️❤️

The sarcasm and wordbending when I called back after discovering the hostess took my order wrong, no apology, like she didn't even give me the chance to say well just suck it up...she proceeded to condescend (as much as it she thought necessary to maintain it was my fault and not hers or a miscommunication) calling what I ordered technically not a combo when, on the first call she asked if I wanted lunch size combo and I literally asked the difference and when she told me I said let's go with the dinner sizes combo...instead they sent just full table share size orders and no side...and she literally endedd the call with a loud Byeeee, we were regulars until today guess I'll have to get mediocre Americanized Chinese food closer to home

I'm usually not one to complain about restaurants... But we went out of the normal ham dinner for Christmas this year. We decided to try to go to the Jade Palace. Obviously very busy place on Christmas... we were seated in the Tiki Lounge-fine, there was 6 of us, 2 of which were toddlers. We sat there for about 30 minutes, no waitress or even bartender came to get our drink orders. At that point we decided to just do the buffet because we had no one to really take our order. I had mentioned it to the person at the counter doing the take out orders, and her response was shrugging her shoulders, and saying there's nothing I can do. It's Christmas... I went and got plates for my children, and myself. Shortly after my kids are very thirsty. I got up and got our drinks from the cooler and then the bartender finally decides to bring the drinks over. I asked for silverware and was told we might be able to give you some... She said they may not have much, she handed me 3 forks and a spoon and said that's all they have. We finished eating, and my dad went to talk to the owner, where she rolled her eyes, said "were busy, I had to come in and help." My mom went to pay in the Jade and while talking to one of the hostesses and I was upset so I wasn't very kind and told her maybe next year not to do this again. She says "well you could've just cooked at home." I've never had an experience like this and I'm not one to complain but this experience was awful.
Entering, we were greeted with a smiling face. Really clean and smelled so good of food we couldn't wait to order. We were waited on by a very friendly and accommodating waitress, I wish I could remember her name. The food was fantastic! Very generous servings as well. I will say the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce was very different from here in Texas but very good regardless. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Food arrived cold and my friend and I both had our leftovers boxed to go, which mine was nearly a full order of orange chicken and 4 teriyaki beef. The waitress gave us the wrong bags and when I called on it, the one who answered the phone was rude. Didn't give me a chance to explain what happened, and when I did, she replied, " ok,so what do you want"? She needs to learn better customer service and try to fix the error.

Food was OK until I realized the shrimp fried rice had not had the shrimp cleaned so I had to take all the shrimp out one by one to get rid of the poop in the back of the shrimp. Sesame, chicken and eggrolls, tasted frozen. Broccoli and chicken was bland . Very disappointed. Tried to contact through Facebook and it is a service that runs their Facebook account not them because there’s a language barrier. Will not return.

Worst Service Ever!!!!! We got seated to the side. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to bring 2 small glasses of water. She took our order. We were there an hour, and they still had not even brought the iced tea I had ordered. We told them to cancel everything, and we went to Pizza Hut in Presque Isle. Here is a hint, if you have someone waiting an hour, and you cannot bother to get their drinks or appetizer to the table, offering to change their waitress or put the food in To Go boxes does not help. Especially when they have seen other customers seated and served, but the only thing you provided was 2 small glasses of water..
