I brought my daughter in for lunch today. She ordered a pizza burger. When Our server brought our meals, my daughter’s was made in a wrap. Our server apologized and asked if she wanted it remade and my daughter said no, it wasn’t a big deal. A few minutes later our server returned to our table with another pizza burger on a bun and said that the kitchen had just gone ahead and made her what she had wanted. This is top notch customer service and it’s what keeps people...
I've been here several times when visiting Maine. Food is good and drinks are cold. Always a great experience. Met some great folks at the bar to chat with. There's not much between Houlton and Caribou but Par and Grill is a must if your out that way. Plenty of parking for bikes,sleds,sxs's...etc...
Not too bad of a place. Service was wonderful and the young lady was very friendly. Food, not quite one to say it was good. Portions were small for the price, hamburger was dry and not cooked to ordered. The fries were over cooked making them hard to eat. The restaurant wasn't busy but the cook time for 2 hamburgers was slow. Unfortunately we left still feeling hungry. We will go back a different day and see if it was just an off day.
