The nitro cold brew which is clearly marked, was ignored by the employees who stated they couldn't find the nitro cold brew.

Ordered a refresher with less ice cause they seem to fill ice all the way to top which gives less liquid and I had oat milk in it went in to get my drink the thing looked like snow thats how white it looked when my actual drink is pink so I asked for more refresher and they were giving me a hard time about it cause I asked for less ice apparently when u ask for less ice they give u alot of milk and less refresher which is weird the manager on duty was shacking her head at me when the other worker was fixing my drink the way it should be. which i didnt care customer is always right and her attitude sucked as the other worker glenn was doing what the customer asked .. I think that manager on duty needs to fix the waybshe treats customers

The owner needs to come and spend time there and talk to customers and see how the place is really running cause the works there and there service is rude hustle and disrespectful and the owner should have a way to let people get a hold of them to let them know what's happening

The last iced coffee I got made me vomit. The coffee was either too dark or the creamer went bad. I love stopping by but now I'm scared to order. đ I called about it and staff were nice. Said i didn't want anything other than bringing it to their attention so they could check the creamer to see if it went bad.

Extremely slow service. Drinks were made accurately, just very slowly.... there was no donuts in sight when I visited around 4pm, today... if anything is missing your best bet is just to go through you're app. Do not bother asking anyone here for replacements... they just aren't accommodating or knowledgable.

Went there n had the best service ever thanks to Jamie!! Made us feel so comfortable n welcomed n his bright personality just brings a lot to the store!! He's the reason I keep going back for sure.

So I went To the Clinton Duncan ordered upfront we did 10 minutes for my drink. I placed a mobile order way before that. The people that are there are disgusting. I was standing there for about 15 minutes after I got my drink and this dude asked me when I was waiting for, I said my mobile order another 20 minute pass and he's asking me what I'm standing there for after I told him what I was waiting for. And then he decides to go well. The tab didn't come up because it was two donuts. I said your receipts are over here for your mobile orders and he's like we don't even have those two donuts and then I was just staring at me. I think it's really disrespectful that you have to wait there for almost 30 minutes when you're the only one in the lobby

This place is terrible they canât make anything right and when you tell them how you want a drink made they cop an attitude. Got a medium iced coffee with 3 chai syrup, 3 French vanilla and 3 liquid sugar and instead they put iced tea in it with chai syrup like what? Couldnât even drink it and itâs still full. Mentioned itâs not supposed to be this dark and Iâve gotten it dozen of times and it wasnât dark colored and of course they wouldnât do anything about it. Worst Dunkinâ ever I highly donât recommend this place

Literally went in there and mistakes were made with our coffees. Ask for them to get remade and get attitude from the girl behind the counter. Then hear them talking crap to her coworkers as she remade the coffees. Like how hard is it to read the cup and make a decent cup of coffee?

Clinton Dunkinâ Donuts has become one of the of worst places to attend. Placed a large order and to have a tag on the bag with my mobile order listed on it but only the drinks were correct. The food in the bad listed 6 items and of the 6 only 2 were correct and the other 4 didnât even resemble my order. This is a norm at this location, either incorrect items or missing items. The customer walking out in front of me even comment they got the wrong items again just like there previous order. The food station here is a constant train wreck, no management at this location. I wouldnât recommend anyone spend a dime in this location unless you want to leave with a completely different order than what you order.

I love this place, but only during the morning shift. The afternoon crew canât make my coffee right. I have to be âthat personâ who keeps sending the coffee back to have it remade because it not right. At $6.50 a cup, Iâd like to have it made the correct way.
Management needs to step up and TRAIN all the employees the SAME way. This isnât an employee problem, but they are the ones who continue to get complained at. All staff are great though.

I placed an order through the app. Drove to the store only to be told they have no boxes for the Box-O-Jo, and because I ordered through the app, they could not put the money back on my company credit card, that I would have to take cash. Again⊠company credit card. I canât take cash. She said there was nothing she could do, that she didnât have the authority to issue the refund electronically because she âwas just a worker.â I asked for a manager. There wasnât one on site. I asked if there was someone she could call. She took my name and number and turned around to get on the phone. As I stepped away from the counter, a gentleman who was sitting at a table working on a computer asked me what had happened. I told him it was the third time in as many days (Augusta, Bangor, Clinton) where they did not have boxes for the coffee. As soon as I made that statement, the clerk who I was waiting on to contact her manager, turned around and said she would not have hostility in her store and said I needed to leave. I told her I was not leaving until I had a refund. She threatened that she was contacting a âhigher authorityâ. Assuming she was speaking of her manager, I said, âPlease do. Thatâs what Iâm waiting for.â She went out of site into the back room. I remained, conversing with the gentleman at his table. About 20 minutes later, not one, not two, but THREE Maine State Police troopers walked in. The clerk pointed at me. I asked the first, âAre you here for me?â He asked if I was the customer upset about a refund. I told him I was not aggressive in any way and suggested he also talk to the witness, who looked at the trooper and said, âHe didnât do anything wrong. I asked him what happened and he was answering me.â I explained my part. He took the clerk outside. In the end, the trooper came back in and explained she wanted me to leave. I expressed she needed to refund me first. He asked me to accept cash to bring this to an end, which I did. I got the cash from another clerk, shook the hands of the witness and the trooper, and left.
What a waste of law enforcement resources. What a waste of everyoneâs time. What a horrible experience for me â a retired 26 year law enforcement veteran!
So glad to be out of it. Todayâs society just isnât the same. Iâve been. Dunkin customer since the 90s, but itâs gone downhill like everything else. And it will be the very last time I ever spend a nickel in Dunkin. How does a coffee shop not have supplies, no manager on duty, and employ people who canât have an adult conversation without getting upset? Iâm done with Dunkin! (New slogan for Aroma Joeâs!)
Oh yeah⊠And I never heard from a manager!
