The last iced coffee I got made me vomit. The coffee was either too dark or the creamer went bad. I love stopping by but now I'm scared to order. š I called about it and staff were nice. Said i didn't want anything other than bringing it to their attention so they could check the creamer to see if it went bad.
Went there n had the best service ever thanks to Jamie!! Made us feel so comfortable n welcomed n his bright personality just brings a lot to the store!! He's the reason I keep going back for sure.
I love this place, but only during the morning shift. The afternoon crew canāt make my coffee right. I have to be āthat personā who keeps sending the coffee back to have it remade because it not right. At $6.50 a cup, Iād like to have it made the correct way.
Management needs to step up and TRAIN all the employees the SAME way. This isnāt an employee problem, but they are the ones who continue to get complained at. All staff are great though.
