Service is great. With that said sadly that's all I can say was good when I stopped here for a coffee and 2 jelly doughnuts, the lobby was a complete mess with trash under tables and split or sloshed drinks to be seen all around the place, plus when I had to use the bathroom it was completely disgusting and when I opened the door I took one look and saw urine and toilet paper scattered all around where the toilet and sink was and the toilet was still filled with poop and...
This is my local spot. I'm here multiple times per week the staff is always friendly and attentive to details. Makaila the assistant manager is absolutely fantastic and she goes above and beyond to make each trip to this location a good experience. The inside is always spotless whether you're in the lobby or sitting at the drive through window. The coffee is always fresh and the pup cups are Always a 10/10.
I had a mishap with ordering, that was not their fault, but they were quick to help! Team leader, Angie, was extremely accommodating and helped fixed my order quickly. The entire team was kind and I was extremely please with the service.
