Food was out of date scallops tasted like ammonia. Kitchen messed up every order. The waitress was awesome no complaints about her she went above and beyond. I'll be going to the restaurant up the street from now on.

Food is great, but stick to the hand cut French fries. Nice restaurant atmosphere, with attentive service.

HORRIBLE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY Found hair in my tartar sauce and because it wasn't in my meal they refused to do anything. Waitress said because it was not in my food norhing could be done. Plus she said the hair was in my tartar sause I was taking home not in what I was eating at the restaurant which is a lie. I was eating the food in the restaurant dipped my fork in the tartar sauce and was bringing it to my mouth when the long hair was coming out of the tartar sauce to my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and they refused to discount my $71.00 bill. Horrible customer service and even worse food. Betty waspne of the worst waitresses I have encountered. She was rude and could have cared less that hair was found in the tartar sauce.

I can't afford to eat there I'm on disability. And barely make a monthly as it is.

The restaurant was clean. The staff are friendly and patient; overall, very professional. The food was excellent. Cooked perfectly, and looked as good as tasted. Worth every cent for some of the best fried seafood I've tried.Fresh, live lobsters are kept right in the restaurant. The holding pools for them are well kept.Kid-friendliness: Even though the lobster pools are right outside the kitchen; they had no problem with my child going over to have a look at them.

We've been coming here for years. Hadn't been for a while so we stopped by today. Has this restaurant changed hands? Because our experience was awful. First, our waitress Betty obviously hated her job today. She was short and uniterested from the start. Hubby ordered baked stuffed shrimp with crabmeat stuffing. $27. What he received was rather unrecognizable; a dish with a handful of small cheap shrimp on the bottom covered by we-don't-know-what on top. Looked like croutons or something. No crabmeat found. Hubby shoveled through whatever that was, ate some shrimp and tossed the rest. My fetuccini with clam sauce was equally nondescript. $17. No real clams I could see. No taste either. I had a few bites and declined taking it home; what in the world for? Believe it or not we are not people who complain like this at a restaurant, but in this case I spoke with the manager who seemed equally disinterested. This restaurant has been there for a long time and obviously our business or lack thereof in the future won't make a difference to this manager; I get it - business is business. This fifty dollar dinner was a bust. And I hope Betty has a better day tomorrow than she did today - or finds another line of work that she finds more interesting.
