It should not take nearly 15 minutes to get two cups of black coffee. And when you complain it doesn’t help to have the young man finally deliver the coffee with an insult. He literally said with a hateful tone — “so much for holiday cheer.” And walked away. No sorry we forgot your order. Literally 10 cars were served and every complicated drink order before us.

I come here often but lately they've been putting barely any milk in the coffee. It just keeps getting more bitter and blacker. A couple of times there's been no milk at all and I've had to ask for it to be fixed.

I stopped in to buy a coffee and use the restroom and got cussed out by a worker because I said “aw man I really needed to pee” when he said “we don’t have a bathroom right now” because it was being cleaned. Never going there again. And will make sure to get the word out that the manager didn’t even speak up

Just keep driving past this one, they never have anything you order. The girl that helped me yesterday was nice, but she was smacking her gum SO loud and just had an all around idgaf attitude. It just all around made me not want to go back, it’s not my usual Dunkin, and even if I’m close to this one I’ll drive right on past to the limerick Dunkin from now on.
How difficult is it to get a black coffee right? Not only was it the wrong size, it had milk and sugar! The brigade of overpierced rude servers is amazing.

We ordered through the drive through, we got up to the window and had to reorder with the same person. Once receiving our three drinks, we found they were wrong and had to go in and fix them, defeating the purpose of a drive through. Deb kindly fixed the drink.
We found the process very inconvenient.

I’ll take my business to Aroma Joe’s or another Dunkin not owned by this franchise (DD Franchise LLC). The coffee is good though - shame the service is rude.
