I stopped in to buy a coffee and use the restroom and got cussed out by a worker because I said “aw man I really needed to pee” when he said “we don’t have a bathroom right now” because it was being cleaned. Never going there again. And will make sure to get the word out that the manager didn’t even speak up

Just keep driving past this one, they never have anything you order. The girl that helped me yesterday was nice, but she was smacking her gum SO loud and just had an all around idgaf attitude. It just all around made me not want to go back, it’s not my usual Dunkin, and even if I’m close to this one I’ll drive right on past to the limerick Dunkin from now on.

How difficult is it to get a black coffee right? Not only was it the wrong size, it had milk and sugar! The brigade of overpierced rude servers is amazing.

We ordered through the drive through, we got up to the window and had to reorder with the same person. Once receiving our three drinks, we found they were wrong and had to go in and fix them, defeating the purpose of a drive through. Deb kindly fixed the drink.
We found the process very inconvenient.

I’ll take my business to Aroma Joe’s or another Dunkin not owned by this franchise (DD Franchise LLC). The coffee is good though - shame the service is rude.

Quick and easy drive through! Grabbed the $6 deal ! Perfect!
Every Sunday morning I head to Dunks in Cornish to get 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, 1 with extra bacon and 2 coffees. Order seems simple enough. Well, every week they would somehow miss the extra bacon and I would have to go into the store to have the order corrected, which they would do. After several weeks of this Sunday morn ritual, I was once again walking into the store to get what I ordered and overheard “here he comes again”. So I bit my tongue ( which was very difficult) and decided it was best to change our Sunday morn routine. Two months later I decided to give our old routine another try. Guess what happened, once again my order of 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwich’s one with extra bacon had a combined total of 5 half slices of bacon, the equivalent of one normal sandwich plus a half slice. I should have known better and checked the order like I usually do, but was in a hurry to get back home. Maybe my order is difficult one , or maybe it’s done on purpose because I’ve gone back in so many, many, many times to get what I ordered, I don’t know. What I do know is that the service could not get any worse. I’ve only had this issue on Sunday and an occasional Monday mornings. We get the same order once in a while in the early evening and have never once had this problem.

On my way to New Hampshire I stopped in and on my way back I stopped in. Both times I waited at the counter for at least 6 or 7 minutes while no less than 6 employees were on duty. My first time there I had to let them know I was there. Pretty frustrating .I guess I'm used to the immediate service at all the other dunkin' donuts I go to.

I have never received anything less than five stars so I don't know what all these other people are complaining about
