But I waited for 15 minutes for three drinks and 2 food items. 10 people behing the counter, there was a bag on the counter that someone put down and didn't say anything until maybe 5 minutes after waiting one of the people come over and ask and threw it closer to me and said there bye.

3rd time in a row I’ve gotten a bagel and it was disgusting. Today it was completely burnt black and cold, it was as hard as a brick and looked like it was cooked the night before and the cream cheese was sloppily put on and appeared to be starting to curdle…that is disgusting. No one is gonna eat that. 90% of the energy punches are filled with nothing but syrup and ice or have no syrup whatsoever. And that’s just the start.I don’t know how this place is still allowed to be open. A very select few of the staff are nice and do their job well enough, but most stand there looking at your unfinished order, talking to their “coworker” for 10 minutes, only to slap a brick of old cream cheese between to slices of cold burnt bread and call it good.5 stars to the 2 or 3 competent employees that have common sense.

Dunkin is the standard/average coffee shop in the region. Service is great, usually. Food and drinks are fine. I go there almost everyday. Compared to local coffee shops, the atmosphere is more like a fast food restaurant. Digital menus instead of chalkboards, brightly lit, lacking the culture of a real coffee shop. I prefer to just use the drive-thru. If you need coffee and some quick food, they get the job done and the staff is friendly.Parking: The actual lot isn't that big, but the grocery plaza that abuts it has a large lot with ample parking.

What’s the point of the label when you just put whatever the heck you want?The latte I ordered without whip cream (printed on the label NO WHIP CREAM) had whip cream… thanks.Nobody came to the counter when I waited to ask for it to be remade.Then when I got home, I realized the other decaf I ordered had caffeine and set of a panic attack. Thanks for that.
