Slowest subway I’ve ever been to. Placed an online order. App said it ready. Arrived 30 minutes after placing my order and they had not started it yet. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. Sad to say this was not the first time this happened to me here

Ordered a 12” chicken bacon ranch sub. Employee was great- but I didn’t get nearly enough chicken to cover the sandwich. The first 2” on both sides literally have NO meat. $15 for a sandwich with $0.50 worth of meat

This subway is a hot mess! They move so slow like they’re on a psychotropic. There’s one person making sandwiches while the other one is either sitting down or on break. They don’t move fast and the other day I was in line and left. You can’t understand a word of what they’re saying. There was a religious lady in a dress ordering eight sandwiches! Her obnoxious children were running all over the place and the worker moved so diabolically slow it was insane. They don’t replenish their vegetables and they now they have a shield over all the meat! I want to see what is being put on my sandwich! They have gone down hill and the employees are not very friendly. They’re always out of the most random things. I won’t be going here again until they do something about how awful the restaurant is. They recently remodeled it and there’s hardly any seating. The line can be out the door and the men in there don’t move very quickly. I left because the guy making the sandwiches sneezed right near the food and he didn’t change his gloves! Infection control issues are so egregious. They don’t change their gloves in between making food and they’re touching all the equipment as well. Corporate needs to investigate.

This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my life. I live in Cornish and sometimes this is the only place open for me when I get out of work at night, but the manager puts all the food away and shuts the oven off before 9 o’clock,when it closes. I’ve tried several times and the last few times I was there at 8:45 and there was nothing out. The last time the oven was also shut off and he said he was going to clean it, so I couldn’t have my sub toasted. It’s also dirty most of the time and I will not return. I would never recommend this place.

Typical Subway set-up. But soda machine was broken. The young lady behind the counter, the only person there, had just received an online order for eight sandwiches before we arrived. Of course we had to wait a little longer than usual, but she was absolutely amazing in her speed and accuracy, and always had a smile.
