We always go out of our way to stop at the Dunkin in Dexter, Maine. Not all Dunkins are alike. We always get the best Macchiatos there and the staff is so friendly. I have never gotten a bad cup or donut there EVER!! Keep up the good work!!

Got there Christmas day. No doughnuts! One of the staff had 2 of her dogs waiting in her truck during the freezing weather while her son sat in the establishment eating and drinking free beverages. I work in the hospitality industry and hope the customers impression would be better.

I go to this location not very often but when I do I'm always treated with a welcoming environment and not half assed food, they really do well with their service like one time where I was given an extra hash brown order for them getting my order wrong, and they apologized profusely 20/10 would definitely eat here every day If I could.
Difficult to get in sometimes due to traffic. Food and drinks are good. Service is always great and inviting.

My wife goes here every morning after work for a coffee and something to eat and the NEVER EVER get the coffee close to being right and she says something to them and they try to fix It 2-3 sometimes 4 times and it still isn't right. I'm not trying to be rude but when we pay so much for something it should be close to what it should be. Foods the same way. The sad part is it's gotten better over the last year but is horrible service. Maybe train them before letting them go solo? How do you mess up a coffee? A donut? A sandwich? Something as simple as these are? Ibeasnt going to say anything but someone really needs to!!!
