Coffee and avocado toast were NOT up to par. The toast was bitter and tasteless. (Bitter is not a flavor) The peppermint latte was lacking in peppermint! Girl taking order had no idea how to do it…and mumbled so I couldn’t understand what she said.

Trying to be nice here, but when I order a medium french vanilla iced coffee extra cream, extra sugar and a maple bacon sandwich on a croissant, and they repeat the order back to me correctly, why is my sandwich burnt, and why is there no sugar at all? Lost my business permanently

Very nice staff. My ONLY complaint would be that I had to repeat my order 3 times and It was still wrong when I received it. But they are friendly staff.
The staff at this Dunkin never disappoint. It's exactly what I would hope to see at any business. Happy, kind, honest, friendly and efficient group of people working in this Dunkin. Really does make a difference in perception and quality of food preparation is as good as it could get for a Dunkin.
