Busy place so we usually go expecting a lil bit of a wait. Usually seems understaffed and understocked because they seem to run out of a lot of supplies. But it's the better tasting dunkin's that I've been to! their coffee doesn't taste burnt like some other dunks.

This place sucks since the new manager took over, coffee got worse, customer service got worse and the manager herself has a bad bad attitude (she use to be nice as a regular employee but I don't think she can handle the stress of being a manager because she flipped a switch once she got the job). They rarely get an order right be it food or drinks. This place is just down right disappointing and has gone down hill bad.

Mobile orders are not prioritized, may as well stand in line and order in store. Ordered online, walked in in front of a wave of people and they all got their orders taken and filled before mobile orders were even looked at. If you ask about your order the girls will snap at you.

The prices on the boards do not match what is being charged! I bought 2 wake up wraps. The board says $2.89-$3.49. I got charged $3.19 before tax. I asked what the reason of the price. There was not an explanation. When she looked up what i was questioning, she said, they said, $3.49.. That is not the best business Ethic.. If prices change they need to be changed so customers know what they are paying. And Not surprised by the cost when cashing out. I asked 2 people. All i got is, i think the prices went up.. Also when folks are standing in line waiting it would be appropriate for the cashier to say, can I help who's next, instead of carrying on a conversation with the person who already ordered and payed. Which i don't have an issue with, talk away. Don't make others waite.. Not everyone is here on a day off.. I have patience, but when you have things to do and this happens it is very Disheartening!! Was not the best experience by any means😔😔

They had the best little cozy corner with booths. They removed them n replaced with table n chairs......not an improvement at all. Not a great place now to meet up. Before it was perfect for breakfast with friends, not now :(

This review only applies to one thing and that is co.fort and ambiance of you shop. I recently moved here from southern Maine. I was only pulling i to get gas. I saw your shop had booths n thatvwas ii. I had to come inbn sit in booth, be comfy n order which di. I loved loved your cozy booth area. I didnt have a friend to share the cozy spot but figured id come back again with a lady friend. I came back yesterday to a huge diissapointment....dumb cheap chairs n tables. No cush. No cozy no.more enjoyable meet up with gals , donuts no comfort food. I am so so let down. If its due to that pastry case how horribeto sacrifce joy n planning little gatherings with friends for what you have there now. Ca you fure anothe way n bring back the enjoyment of this coziness. You probably wont onsider it but you lttle shop wS perfect n you runed it :(
