It is a great little gem of a stop. The food was good and great service. The place looks like only a mini mart but there’s good seating in the back and they bring the food out to you. Ellis Variety and Diner has excellent food, good portions, more than what you pay for. The people are friendly, and the whole thing feels like they all know you! It is a favorite place to eat. One customer had the chipper sandwich and said it was one of the most well crafted sandwiches they have ever had, staying together perfectly, cooked perfectly, and had the perfect ratio of everything.
