Bavarian Donuts were stale, the latte was iced instead of hot, no sugar ( I asked for 8 tsp) and the breakfast croissant was burnt ( as in black).

I got the chorizo wrap. It was excellent. I buy my coffee grounds here, too. Can't drink any other coffee now. They were out of the cranberry orange muffins, so I was a little disappointed. Those are to die for.
Good coffee...depending on who makes it will depend on how good it is.

Dunkins coffee is the best. I would like to say they are all friendly but there is one woman who always argues with you when you order something a certain way and then it's not done correctly she says you didn't order that way.

Hit or miss on how well of customer service you get. I ran in to use the restroom. Afterwards I figured I'd grab a coffee. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to the employees talk and then when they finally realized I was waiting the girl had to finish eating to serve me. But she didn't even wash her hands. I said never-mind and left. I don't typically get food just coffee....

As alot of places these days.. understaffed, very long wait, was offered a doughnut for compensation. Refused donghnut but was pleased with the women's attitude, she seemed genuine. I heard the driver behind me hitting his horn! What did accomplish?I like Dunkin coffee so I didn't mind the wait.The Dexter Dunkin parking is cramped, if tired of waiting there is no way to escape! but good to see it is doing well.

This is a nice clean place. I was surprised at how long it took to get out order with more people behind the counter than in front of it. I only ordered an ice coffee. There seemed to be more orders going out the drive thru window than into the dining area, but perhaps that why all the people behind the counter. In any case i got to enjoy my iced coffee.

It's Dunkin... Same as every other. Service was good.Kid-friendliness: They lady was very patient while my kids picked out their own donuts .

If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service everyone always has an attitude, my order has been wrong every time and they refuse to fix it, I've technically paid for 3 items in between 3 orders and never received them, they even try and over charge u by marking certain items what u wanted on screen when that's not even the item u told them, they have no care for customers they don't care how poorly made yer order is or how much attitude they give you, I've ordered items and when I got them they where basically just a tortilla with nothing in it don't bother complaining to them cause they just make yer "re order" worse, this place needs a real shape up I've worked so much fast food and know so many places that would of replaced all of them by now or at least whipped them into shape
