Was really disappointed with this location. Prices were noticeably higher than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to, to the point where it felt unreasonable for the same standard items you can get elsewhere for less. On top of that, the service was not friendly at all. The older woman working the counter was very blunt and came across as rude, with no basic courtesy or customer service. I understand having an off day, but when prices are already inflated, the least you expect is respectful service. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend going to a different McDonald’s if you want fair pricing and a more welcoming experience.

If I could do zero stars I would. This is the WORST McDonald's and staff I've ever seen. Ordered two meals and waited over 30 minutes in pickup spot while staff talked inside. Honestly be better to just close the business you'd get the same service.

This place is garbage, my burger isn't burnt, it's OLD and out of serving/hold time. One bite and I knew that. I'm a night manager at Wendy's, I know EXACTLY why the burger looks and tastes like this, and it's because y'all are holding over longer than 20 mins. That's absolute garbage and would never happen at my restaurant when I'm on shift. Y'all need to do better, stop being so lazy and change your meat within the guidelines/rules. And this has been the last 3 times I've been there, so it is NOT an isolated incident. After that bite I threw that hockey puck away. Don't even want a refund or replacement because I know it'll be the same exact issue again. It's a pattern at this point.
Person taking the order was nice and polite straight the point, the shift lead/manager that was at the food window was something else. I am guessing yellow vest employees are new trainees . I could hear her talking to the employees like they are bad dogs. As soon as turns and sees me tells me go wait in spot 1 in the same tone she was talking to the employees. Hey if you want to run your employees with an iron fist to each their own.

Terribly slow service during a time when there were only a steady amount of customers but not super busy. Our entire meal was COLD. This site has gone downhill to point of not returning. In a town with only minimal number of choices of eateries, this one is off any list. It appears to only employ students who have no work ethics and supervisors who are not motivated. MacDonalds is disgusting any day, but putting out cold MacDonalds through the window is only trash can worthy. Keep driving and don’t bother with this location.

They constantly make you go to a parking spot to sit for 20mins while they microwave thier horrible food that's way over priced. I finally can't even go here anymore because it takes longer than a sit down restaurant to get my nasty food. Service is terrible day and night reliably.
