I was here about a couple of weeks ago and the atmosphere was incredibly chill. I love coming here plus the food is always delicious, and the service is great!

They have a gluten free menu. I love it here! Thank you for offering a large menu!

Ordered a pizza and some wings with my daughter. Sat there for 50 minutes with nothing on our table while others received their food of the same type. More than 4 tables in my view of whom sat after we did I set a timer on my phone in open view for all to see and for 15 minutes. Not talked to even once in that time so we left and paid for our drinks.

Very yummy food. Warmest balls were fabulous and the pizza was great. I would definitely go there again.

Absolutely love pats pizza, but this location was absolutely terrible. I have been going to Orono location for years. We have heard this location was decent and decided to try it. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, live music and full bar you’d think this would be great to order a few drinks…..NOPE our server came over and brought us waters but never asked about drink orders. After waiting 20 minutes to order food she finally came and we were so hungry we ordered apps and entrees and forgot to get drinks. We waited another 15minutes to find our server but she never came back so we walked to the bar. The bar had at least 2 bartenders and 5 patrons at the bar. We waited another 15 minutes at the bar for drinks and was told by one “I’ll be right with you” and was ignored again so we walked back to our table. Again waited for the food and server and nothing for 20 minutes! So I walked back to the bar myself and after 10 minutes FINALLY a bartender came up and asked “what can I get you?” And when I ordered she said “are you in the dining room?” Which I responded yes, and she said I couldn’t order at the bar we can order with our server and I told her our server has not been over for drinks! She said “I’ll have her head over soon” once I got back she had already brought our food over-food was wrong and tried to charge us for a beer which we never ordered! The server never once’ checked in on us and I had to flag down another hostess for any assistance. I have heard the service here was terrible but we thought it was just hear say. Don’t bother spending money here. Orono is way better, efficient, friendly, and way better pizza. I couldn’t even eat my pizza it was under cooked for a small personal sized pizza and soggy. So disappointing! If they’d be willing to take my drink order and open a tab at the bar, I would have been willing to tipped them twice for drink and food separately, but they didn’t! Instead they missed out on a good transaction and customers. Terrible from the service to the food.

Had a classic salad and Bert's special pizza, it doesn't get any better!! Everyone else enjoyed their food consisting of smash burgers, pastrami sandwiches, and chicken tenders. It was busy for a Saturday night but the service was great, food even better. Thank you😊

Mediocre. We got a kids hotdog, a chef salad and a chicken wrap. We were told 30 mins. Picked up about 5 mins late. Wrap was already cold. Pricey food.

As a local for years, the service at Pat's allows me time to get to know people. Everyone is friendly and I especially think Chloe is outstanding! I love Pat's of Dover and will continue to order all the time! Bob, thank you for being part of our community! And for the negative comments? Get a grip. Mistakes happen. Pat's WILL make it right. I can guarantee that myself!
