Stopped by today and had the steak -n-cheese. OMG so good. Also had the mac-n- cheese with brisket. my husband refuses to eat mac-n- cheese and he devoured it. I'm glad we stopped by.
The entire menu is great. Aroostook County now has quite a few barbeque options, but this is by far my favorite. All the meats (brisket, pork, and chicken) are smoked perfectly (emphasis on smoked, not grilled). The sides are great and creative as well (try the bear bait and street corn - both are amazing).
