I get black coffee so I can’t say much about the coffee. Dunkin coffee black isn’t the best , that’s just how it is ( in my opinion). Anyways, so I work at a dunkin and I know how things are supposed to be done. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin and it had two tiny slices of bacon on it and my English muffin was barely cooked. Maybe for 5 seconds. It was ridiculous. People pay to get what they want. The woman that took the order sounded annoyed when I asked to add another order. & was rushing the food even though they only had one other car there. Maybe it was a one day thing. People have their days. I wasn’t impressed either way. Besides that I haven’t gotten food there before so I don’t know how it usually is there.
Coffee was good but messed up and made iced coffee as hot first time went to remake and dispenser was out of milk which led to long wait for correct coffee, meanwhile their hot Brewer was overflowing all over the counter... Crew seemed very unorganized
Literally sat at the drive up speaker for 7 minutes without being acknowledged and then pulled ahead to the window to let them know we were waiting and still, no one. 37 minutes later, after walking into the store, we finally received our pre-ordered drinks.
Litteraly the worse dunkin in the area. Have had of $50 of mobile orders just left because after a 20minute drive theu havnt even begun it, wait inside 10 minutes nothing. Then told it'll take 15 minutes or so for them to be able to process return. Just now sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with no responce. Saw 5 cars drive off. Call them and get ya our intercom works just fine. If you go inside they will watch customers leave left and right while they process drivethrough customers. Few years ago this place was best around. Now eaither the owners or managers are just horrible.
I always stop here before my long drive up RT9. Staff is friendly 😀
Just stopped into the dunkin in the Tradewinds. There was only one person working. I waited approximately 20-30 minutes for my coffee for it to be made wrong and with zero cream. The employee took my order then took three other customers orders and proceeded to fill those orders before mine.
I've been to multiple dunkins throughout Bangor and Brewer, i haven't said it on the others but this Amanda girl, I've seen her at just about all of them. Some nights when I've stopped and shes working, she's solo its truly something when it comes to her work, especially evening to night when theres a rush of people. She's fast, kind, and patient. Thank you for making my experiences that much better and for working a hard as you do.

They gave me the wrong sandwich while I waited 20 minutes for the donut had barely any frosting and had 7 sprinkles on the donut I except at least 10. Not impressed never returning.
The food was good but they need to do a better job on service. I ordered an Avocado toast and large Carmel Macchiato with extra Carmel. Got my delicious coffee but no Avocado toast. No one knew who had the order or made the Avocado toast . They just need to work together as a team.

This is the closest Dunkin to our house so I stop there once or twice a week to grab something. Today was the last straw. The girl was rude and kept asking "anything else" like we were a huge burden to her. We weren't done but she totaled us out and ignored us when we told her we needed to add more. So we left. Not sure I will be back.

I must say I live local and I visit this Dunkin quite frequently and over the past two weeks they’ve been migrating new workers into the store and the service/Quality has been getting worse throughout the days. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that Dunkin. My coffee wasn’t made right my bacon, egg and cheese. Plain bagel was not cooked or toasted. when I went inside to have my coffee remade, I stood there for 20 minutes for the remade coffee. And the coffee was worse than the first one Ended up just throwing it out and going to the Holden Dunkin’ Donuts instead. The workers were completely discombobulated They did not appear to be fully trained nor ready to be working on their own. They should’ve had an experienced manager there sure everything was going right and smoothly.
Usually never have an issue with this Dunkin and come here often. We were standing at the counter and the employee was having a conversation with a person sitting in drive thru. We waited patiently and after a couple minutes I rang the bell for service. The employee turned around saw us and then turned back around to continue her conversation. So we stood and waited some more and she never acknowledged we were there just continued talking to the person in drive thru. We left without ordering. I didn’t catch her name because she never came to the counter but she had purple hair. Worst customer service here ever.
