This Dunkin’ is sad. They say they are open till 9pm and yet they tell everyone they have to close early at 8:30. Even for a hot coffee I, and others are turned away.

Sandwiches were burnt black and crumbled apart, the donuts were put into hash brown sleeves so all the frosting peeled off, and I asked for 4 cream in my iced coffee and they gave me 2 and only 1 pump each of the flavors I asked for. Everything tasted disgusting. Didn't have time to go back in because I had an interview to attend and only stopped accordingly. As someone who worked at Dunkin, I would have never sent out what they gave me this morning. To say I'm disappointed and angry is a complete understatement. I'm tired of people not caring about their jobs. Making coffee is easy. Making sandwiches is easy. Putting donuts into a bag is EASY. No excuse for the terrible quality.

Stopped in on my way to work for a refresher and a sandwich. The wait in the drivethru was 15 minutes behind just 3 cars. When I recieved my order, I thought the refresher looked a little pale but thought I was now late for work I would give it a try. I took about 3 swigs of it and decided it was mostly green tea. I get these regularly and this was too far off from standard. I left it in my car while at work with the idea I would talk with them on my way home. The clerk at the counter looked at my cup and said I had already drank it, it was from the morning and I wouldn't be either getting a new one or money back. I hadn't even had 1/4 of the drink. I also didn't have time to run back in as I was late on account of their super slow drivethru. I threw the cup away and said I would not be back. I have 3 other dunkin's along my route. She replied with OH NO we'll lose a customer. Rude, no consistancy with their service. I highly recommend any other dunkin.

Was here this morning, stopped for a few coffees and breakfast to go. The place was slammed with drive through orders and counter orders. I was at the drive through but had to go inside as part of my order was wrong. The entire crew was working hard and getting orders out asap. My order was quickly fixed and I was on my way. I may never be back to this DD's as I was passing through with my family on my way back to New York, I just wanted to thank, and acknowledge how hard this morning crew was working. Thank you!

I go to this location often and I don’t know why because it’s always awful. This review is based on many experiences, not just one, so I hope it can be used constructively by the company or at least save some customers the grief of wasting their money. I guess because the location is convenient I keep trying to give them another chance… but the coffee isn’t made well, ever, the iced tea tastes rancid, every time, they don’t have enough staff to take your order…. You’ll get your coffee faster if you drive to Brewer for it to be honest and won’t be disappointed that you wasted your money on bad quality. I hope they fix the problem!
I get black coffee so I can’t say much about the coffee. Dunkin coffee black isn’t the best , that’s just how it is ( in my opinion). Anyways, so I work at a dunkin and I know how things are supposed to be done. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin and it had two tiny slices of bacon on it and my English muffin was barely cooked. Maybe for 5 seconds. It was ridiculous. People pay to get what they want. The woman that took the order sounded annoyed when I asked to add another order. & was rushing the food even though they only had one other car there. Maybe it was a one day thing. People have their days. I wasn’t impressed either way. Besides that I haven’t gotten food there before so I don’t know how it usually is there.
Coffee was good but messed up and made iced coffee as hot first time went to remake and dispenser was out of milk which led to long wait for correct coffee, meanwhile their hot Brewer was overflowing all over the counter... Crew seemed very unorganized
Literally sat at the drive up speaker for 7 minutes without being acknowledged and then pulled ahead to the window to let them know we were waiting and still, no one. 37 minutes later, after walking into the store, we finally received our pre-ordered drinks.
Litteraly the worse dunkin in the area. Have had of $50 of mobile orders just left because after a 20minute drive theu havnt even begun it, wait inside 10 minutes nothing. Then told it'll take 15 minutes or so for them to be able to process return. Just now sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with no responce. Saw 5 cars drive off. Call them and get ya our intercom works just fine. If you go inside they will watch customers leave left and right while they process drivethrough customers. Few years ago this place was best around. Now eaither the owners or managers are just horrible.
