After shopping a little My Husband and I just wanted to go get something like a cup of coffee.. The lady was super friendly, but yes, they were super busy. Busy is normal for a good coffee shop attitude was great. It’s just the coffee that was a no enough for me. I’m going back right this minute and I’m hoping it’s great!
OK first time here and I am a big time coffee drinker. I’ve owned my own small coffee shop and this was definitely not coffee. I went for a campfire latte. Let’s just say there was a latte milk. 🥛 There was nothing but milk. It was steamed milk. I think it was more of a white hot chocolate. There was no coffee whatsoever. My Husband tasted his marshmallow, but I did not. I tasted nothing but milk. Here’s what we got and this was literally right after and an hour later. My daughter this morning decided she wanted to get in the cold car and drink the cold milk because it was sweet milk. There was no Coffee. I’m usually a firm believer on trying one more time so we’re gonna do so. But yesterday we wasted $11 on two lattes that were not lattes…. It was a lot of milk
I know exactly how a latte is made because I’ve made that many many many times. I sold them and mine are amazing. If you need some tips, please let me know!

Extremely disappointed and disturbed by the blatant racism and horrible customer service here. I went to get coffee around 7:30 a.m. as a tourist with friends, and they messed up my order by giving me ham even though I’m vegetarian. When I went back a few minutes later to fix it, the new staff member was unbelievably rude — she yelled at me from the window to “stay in the car,” and when I tried to explain politely, she shouted “go back to Massachusetts” after seeing my license plate.
This was completely unprovoked and unacceptable. She served white customers politely but treated me with open hostility because I’m South Asian. When I went through the drive-thru, she refused to apologize and slammed the window shut in my face.
Aroma Joe’s needs to seriously review who they hire and how they train their employees. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated this way.

The staff at this Aroma Joe’s is great for the four people they do have working, but it’s borderline unacceptable to make your employees work alone and handle everything then get mad when they need help. But I love the drinks and I love the people. Maybe the owner should do better.

Best coffee in Maine! We always stop here for coffee and buy bags to bring back home. We order online when we run out as their coffee is delicios! These are little shopes drive thru only.

I'm in town checking out Acadia. I'm in the parking lot doing laundry. I'm hungry, want a smoothie, and what's this? A cute lil spot that looks fantastic, what's posted on the window looks amazing.
I'll never know, however! (Preface: this doesn't usually irritate me enough to actually not continue in my patronage of a business, but there's a McDonald's 30 seconds away selling most of what they sell, so it's especially easy) because whoever that redhead was working the window just now on Saturday, August 23rd@5:36PM was so unnecessarily and atrociously rude, blatantly cruel, actually legitimately unsubtly (and quite uncleverly, might I add) condescending, for less than no reason, that I actually don't think whoever hired her deserves my business either while she is working there. I knocked on the window a few times (which makes this so much more egregious) and she ignored me, so I went around to the other window. she SCREAMED and then came to the window and yelled at me with an anger and intent to actually be harmful that I was shocked for a second, I thought she was joking, but then she doubled down, so I just walked away to write this. It was truly insane. Like, not sane. Fire this person, I promise you she is losing you SO much business. I'm contemplating going back and asking her name but I have to assume that the second this is brought up her bosses will know who she is, this can't be an isolated incident.
My order is already in at McDonald's lol this lady genuinely sucks I hope she becomes a better person or at least learns to pretend to

was dirty. bad service. waited in line for over an hour and watched multiple employees exit the store for smoke breaks at once. my mom asked for a little extra cream and this is what she got.

the AJ Rush drinks are so yummy! And more importantly, the employees are so lovely! Each time I go they are so lovely and kind. :)

Girl at the window was extremely rude and made a rude remark when I left. Won’t be coming to the Ellsworth Aroma’s again, made my drink horribly as well. Worst customer service i’ve seen.

The coffee is ok but the wait times are ridiculous. Their app which offers an order ahead option does not work, and today I experienced a terrible attitude from the window person to boot. When I declined to order, after waiting a while for an app order (which once again did not show up on their screen), the window person was confrontational and snide. I had not raised my voice once! Nor rolled my eyes! Ellsworth has 2 Dunkins (zero problem with order ahead), Rooster Brother, Flexit, Precipice .. all way better options.
Coffee always taste on point. Staff is always friendly 😀

Drive thru line was busy on both sides of the building, so we knew we would have to wait a bit. We waited 45 MINUTES!! Most inefficient drive thru I’ve ever seen. They were averaging 15 minutes per car. To top it off, the coffee wasn’t even good! We took a few sips and threw it out. What a waste of time and money.

What the heck are they even doing in there? The barista to customer ratio was 400-1 and it took a million hours to get our coffee. Also they use 2% milk like cowards 😡
