Good ice cream worst customer service ever. Stopped to get ice cream at 6:30 pm on 10/16/25 with 30 minutes to go to closing time. Asked to use the bathroom, but the young girl at the counter said no ypu can’t use the restroom cause we close soon. Horrible customer service.

Stopped there a few times while visiting Bar Harbor. Ice cream always delicious. This place really gives you a generous amount of ice cream! My vwife and I tried several different flavors and styles and all were delicious! It's nice to have a place that really gives you your money's worth! Will definitely stop again when passing through.

Love it! Been visiting for years. Gifford ice cream so you know it's great. Opens early for the season, stays open beyond the season. Only Mainers get how much we love ice cream!
