This is by far the worst Chinese food. They take absolutely no pride in the food. I had to stop going there because I either get bloated for a couple days, find foreign objects in the food like STAPLES twice or just sick feeling after. Just horrible food and let's not forget about the prices, way way over priced. Absloute

If I could have left 0 stars I would. The food was disgusting! Everything was greasy and the spare ribs, sesame chicken was tough. The fried rice was dark brown. Lo Mein was greasy. Everything was salty. Then when I tried washing it down with Diet Pepsi….. it tasted like there was soap in the glass! When we were asked how everything was we said it was awful and we got a response of “oh I’m sorry about that I’ll bring your check” It all tasted like they took yesterday’s buffet food and added some oil and served it for the luncheon special. On the way home we had to pull over so I could throw up! That’s no lie. Never will I step foot in that place again!!!!!! I added a picture so you could see how dark the rice and lo mein was.

We showed up tonight unannounced 25+ people, and over half were children. They fit us all in the back room and opened it up for us even though they had shut it down. The service was very fast and gracious as we were quite a chaotic bunch. The food all came out together, which was a huge feat. Great job staff! Everything was delicious and we will surely be back!

First time here. I went in to order take out. I placed an order and payed. Turned around to use the bathroom and when I came out everything was in a box. Faster than McDonald's if you are going for speed...then they did awesome. Quality was not involved though. Nothing was fresh. Instead of having leftovers everything got tossed. Talk about a waste. We spent $140+. Should have been a better meal. We won't be back. Seems like asian food in Maine just doesn't meet the bar.

It's unfortunate it has become what is has become. We used to thoroughly enjoy China Hill.
Both our daughters ordered Sushi, NEITHER finished the order which is not the norm. Both commented on the weird taste and feeling nauseous. Beef chow meain was a plate of bean sprouts and unflavored boiled looking "beef" , My husbands General tso chicken was cold and SWEET when mild was requested. Charged $3 extra to TASTE his food. $150 of waste

Avoid this place like the plague. Ordered pu pu platter for 2 with a side of crab Rangoon and side of pork fried rice. Everything was so greasy on the outside and dried up in the middle. We had to go home and wash our hands because of the grease. Our entire pu pu platter was old food from their earlier buffet dipped in old grease and served to us to warm it up. It was less than four minutes from the time we ordered and the food arrived in front of us. The crab Rangoon, was the worst crab Rangoon I’ve had in my life. It was dried up in the center. There was no creamy at all, and the outer crust was almost black. The rice was just a ball of dark brown mush. We only ate less than a 1/4 of the meal, paid the bill and RAN out of there. If the option was there I would give them a 0/5.

I'll spare you the details, but this restaurant would've been a star on Kitchen Nightmares.
