Every single piece of my order was wrong. I placed an online order and stood inside waiting for 20 minutes. Kid who was working on my order was told to go on break so he just walked away in the middle of packing my order. When I asked him what was going on with it he told me he was off the clock. Rude. I normally dont have a problem but this was ridiculous. I probably won't go back unless I'm desperate.

Traveling through from the West Coast and we order a large blizzard every week with extra ingredients. Paid quite a lot extra for the ingredients, and did not really get what we ordered. Staff was not willing to work with us. A bit disappointing.

young lady taking orders needs alot more training didnt know what to do after orders was waitting to be served to customers..i had a 30 minute wait and had to go up to counter to tell her my order was setting there

Idk, it seems like every time I come in here it's a 30 minute wait. Even if the lobby is empty. I'm a doordash driver AND someone who has worked in the fast food industry. There is NO reason I should be waiting 30 minutes for an order! If you want quick and speedy service, look somewhere else. If you want your order to be accurate, go somewhere else. If you want to be stared at by employees in the back, come here ig if that's your thing. But come onnn, I was supposed to pick up an order at 1:18pm, I am still standing here waiting for a combo meal and a salad at 1:41pm. What in the actual hell is going on at this business. I'll edit this post with a pickup time update
Edit: it's 1:50pm and I've finally received my delivery. Do better dairy Queen.

Tried to walk in at 8:15 to avoid the drive thru because it was 18-20 cars deep. Door was locked. I was told they had no staff. He helped me and made a great blizzard after letting me in. I felt bad because it was only him pretty much working, Management pay attention to this and pay your staff, maybe then they will come to work because they are earning real money.
For some reason this DQ in particular is horrible. They need some serious different help here! Just got delivery for about the 3rd time with missing items. Got a kids chicken strip meal and received the milk, a rock hard green banana and dilly bar. NO CHICKEN! It was the only food item in the order, like seriously? And when I go in person its usually the same with forgetting items but at least I can run back in. I order delivery for the convenience of not having to take my toddler out of the house and its still a headache. Thank god for Doordash customer service! Probably giving up after this one.

Hot day on the way to MDI. decided to stop for an ice cream. Ordered a mint Oreo blizzard, kid sized, (4.79) but new it was only cookie crumbs in the cream. Asked for extra Oreos: charged +0.99. Small ice cream (plus tax, 0.46) came out to 5.78.
Shouldve just walked away.

Mobile order for 1204 and received at 1245. Would’ve been faster ordering inside. Their system seems so dysfunctional. Poor lady at the register had to check the blood sugar on her watch before moving on. I’ll just continue ordering at McDonalds next door.
