The fastest Dunkin Donuts I've been to to. The one going towards Pat's Pizza works at a snails pace. I go out of my way to go to this one.

They were horrible. My daughter went inside to order. The kiosks did not have what I wanted. She came out after ten minutes. So I went in to try and order, I was not able to order on the kiosk either. I stood there waiting for someone to help me. When I got the person’s attention, she told me the drive thru is what everyone is working on and she couldn’t help me. I told her to have a nice day and left. By the way I used to spend 3 to 400 dollars a month there. That is 20 minutes of my life wasted. I hate Starbucks, but I know I will never get treated like this there.

Forced to order at kiosk order didn't go through because didn't enter name order cancelled employee clearly annoyed to my order I understand the need for efficiency but at least do it smiling
At least these guys can make you're order correct most days.

There out of everything terrible service it was terrible food took forever not enough employees and they were out of everything by 10 am like ether get a truck and order more stuff or open another Dunkin so this one isn’t jammed and get more employees it’s not that hard

Walked in to order 2 donuts and a drink. Guy at the regiester rolled his eyes at me twice and mumbled under his breath. Please get someone new on the register. It seemed like he was having a hard time understanding what I was trying to order but I was trying to kindly repeat myself. Do better.

Now I’m not one to leave a bad review but I would rather people know about what kind of experience they’re gonna have when coming here. It’s never used to be a bad place but I sat here this morning for 40 minutes. 40 minutes for a donut and coffee and I love my Dunkin coffee and I like to treat myself out every now and again I normally go to Walmart because it’s fast as quick very very friendly service. I love the people there. I just love the atmosphere and how fast they are at doing everything. Last time I came here I sat in line for at least half an hour was almost late to work and it says hop off matters. I didn’t even get what I ordered coffee wise And when I was told they could fix it up and put the whipped cream in the drizzle and stuff on it like I had originally asked for because they said that the person taking the order is never put it on there so they didn’t think that I’d ordered it even though I already paid for it I waited so long that I just left not only that but it’s the last time coming here. I literally sat in line for over 40 minutes. I was by far unimpressed. My coffee doesn’t even taste right and I didn’t have time to go to Walmart and just have them make me one so if you’re looking for not so friendly service and to sit in line for well as long as I had to you probably don’t wanna come here, especially if your work has a strict schedule and you can’t be late so which is how most places are these days all I can say is, I will not come back here again until they get their staffing or whatever situated so that people aren’t having to wait that long in line. I literally watched two people leave because they were tired of sitting there waiting either that or maybe they had to be to work and couldn’t afford to be late. I went somewhere else I don’t know, but I was going to and I just said you know I’ve already sat here and waited almost half an hour. What’s another 20 minutes half an hour I’m late then whatever but I would get in trouble so for good. I’d wait until I couldn’t anymore and I would’ve been pissed if I hadn’t gotten the coffee I’ve just never been so unimpressed with especially Dunkin. I’ve literally not anywhere. Have I had to wait that long in line just for a coffee and donuts well besides Wendy’s maybe. And the person that was taking my order the first time around like just didn’t even seem to care you could tell that he hated his life And did not care about the customers or really anyone it was just in his voice that’s why I like going to Walmart that is Just overall the best place to go in my opinion even the Dunkin on the hill they’ve messed up my coffee before more than one time they overcharged me because apparently the new girl had no idea what she was doing. Clearly she wasn’t trained properly or something I guess so. I haven’t been back to that one since.
