Kid-friendliness: My daughter and my two grandsons love going
First time in awhile since I been to this Dunkin and it was busy!! Still everything was positive, service was excellent and with smiles! Definitely a good Dunkin for the area!!
Parking: For smaller parking lots there's plenty of room for that area
If you have to. Donuts are not made at this location as so they're really stale. Coffee is drinkable

Avoid! Waited 20 minutes in line for an iced matcha only to receive what was basically just oat milk. They also didn’t 1. Tell the amount or 2. give a receipt.
I usually get an iced matcha here, and it is delicious. Today I went and it was mixed with ice coffee and chunky matcha powder. I then went back inside and asked if they could remake it. When I got into my car to try it again it was made the same exact way, and I couldn’t even drink it it was so disgusting.

20+ minute drive through wait and they forgot part of our order, although it was ready. Like they are just rushing yet just can't keep up with a fairly typical drive through line. They also don't toast my bagel but what can you do. I found it odd they give you the bagel with a knife and container of cream cheese as other locations put the cream cheese on the bagel. I guess they are doing everything to try to be fast yet are still so slow. 20 minute wait to be handed an I toasted bagel with a knife to spread the cream cheese myself. How is it not faster?
