This place has a kitchen in the back of the store with the option to dine in. My wife and I drive from bangor to have the best omelets and corned beef hash, made exactly as requested cooked to perfection. The lady that makes breakfast is very welcoming and sincere, she makes our experience enjoyful. she is cooking the best breakfast i have come across in maine. Highly recommended.

The pizza here is as good as a solid restaurant offering, provided it's fresh. Of course at any by-the-slice place, that's hit-or-miss. There's a little restaurant inside that makes the pizza though, so while I haven't checked, I'm pretty sure you can have one made for you if you ask.
Don't get my three-star 'service' mark wrong, the staff here are nice, friendly and helpful. But service includes the gas pumps, with which I've had issues more than once. They're not alone in that; I think it's Shell's pump software that has issues because I've had problems with nearby Freshies pumps too.
Specifically, when using fleet cards to refuel work vehicles, there's a good chance that it not only doesn't work but trips the fraud protection, shutting down all the cards on that account on the bank's end until somebody high up in the company can call them and sort it out, and of course all the drivers are freaking out because they're miles from home, low on gas, and can't fill up.
Again, I think that's a problem on Shell's end, not something local to this store, but it does happen here, as well as occasional frustrating difficulty fueling my personal vehicles with my own card, for which reason I haven't gotten fuel here (work or personal) for the past few months.
So: Come here for the food, especially pizza. Fill up somewhere that doesn't have Shell gas pumps.

Nice employees but the way food is made is very hit or miss. Been that way a long time, huge lack of training their employees, sadly. I ordered two pizzas today and got pizza toppings I didn't ask for also burnt :( So sad

Pizza has always been the best from here and a good price as well as some other things amd the new staff is friendly always been a local here however!!! They need to realize this is a quick in and out place when a customer comes in you put your phone conversation on hold!! You don't make us wait and you definitely don't make us wait while you play on your phone... that should be obvious to anyone. I like the people who work here but the 1 star on service is because when I go to a convenient store it should be a quick in and out I don't wait on you... you wait on me

I am not sure how far this kind of management will go in Ellsworth, ME. Maine Seltzer 12oz = 17.99!??!@! I legitimately thought "Ooops to cashier' Nope "Management make prices"WHAT?@? MAJOR PRICE GOUGE!!! Honestly, 9.99 local Hannaford Trenton...2.4m 16oz. = 10.49 local Global Beverage 1.2m radius Run Visitors.

Great little place. Good pizza, great place for a quick eat.
This place has the best pizza I've ever had. And at $2 a slice for the pepperoni, it's one of the cheapest slices in Ellsworth. Their whoopie pies are also phenomenal, and those are also only $2!! Meanwhile the whoopie pies in the area are disgusting and usually $5+. Amazing store, staff are nice and fast, food is delicious. I have yet to try their other food but plan on updating my review once I have.
