My family called in a to go order. In the order was an item containing a serious food allergy. The allergy was mentioned several times on the phone to the employee. The food was picked up without issue. Until we got it home. The food allergy had been completely disregarded which resulted in money being spent and no food consumed. When we called to address the issue we were told that a new hire took our order so we should be patient. I'm sorry but my patience goes out the window when you try to kill me or my family.

Used to be good when it was managed by Tim McCarthy. Don't know what happened. My sister and I was there on 12/05/25 for lunch. We were seated. We ordered cheesey bread sticks for an appetizer and our sodas. When we were ready to order, she ordered a veggie pizza with double pepperoni. I ordered a broccoli and cheese calzone. When the appetizer arrived, the pizza dough was folded in half with the cheese in the middle and baked. Not cheesey bread sticks. We were hungry, didn't say anything and ate them. We sat at our booth for an hour. We were told by the waitress that it was in the oven, to which I replied that I hope it wasn't burned. It was 20 minutes later that we paid for the "cheesey bread sticks" and our drinks. We never received our food. No "this is on us for our screw up". NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN! WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE RATING, I WOULD!
So we arrived and we saw this amazing woman named kelsi. She took our order. She was pleasant and seemed eager to ensure we are satisfied with the food and provided phenomenal customer service. She even got me a refill on my sprite, such a sweet gal. I would definitely go back but would hope to only be there when kelsi is. She is the model employee that all servers should strive to be like.
