At 51 High Street in Ellsworth, 20 minutes, I sat and watched two men, one each by a register, do nothing but stand, stare straight ahead, and one was eating while others worked their butts off. (I believe his name is Russ, the other one I think is Josh. A younger kid) The coffee bar was in dire need of attention, and they were doing nothing. And to be honest, the store is rarely s clean as some of the reviews claim.

Just as it starts getting busy, Russ heads to the coffee bar, leaving a line to expand at one point to 8.

Josh becomes frustrated, and yells loudly and rudely, "I can use some help over here!!" Russ simply blows him off, criticizing his ability to manage customers while better than a dozen customers are witness.

Bonnie in the Deli said politely to Russ, "go help him, he needs help. " Russ did nothing. Bonnie moved to the register to assist serving the customers.

I have 30 years or more in customer facing and supervisory roles. The management of this store should be ashamed for some of what goes on here. Today isn't the first thing I have observed, just one of the worst.

Make a call to inquire about the price of heating fuel at the pump on the phone the one person didn't know ask someone named Leanne and they said that the price is on the pump. So I was to drive there and find out for myself because they couldn't bother to know their own prices or send someone out to the pump and find out for me that's what I call poor customer service. That was the extent of the so I took my business elsewhere.

Breakfast pizza is ok if done by the right people. Not all freshies food will tatse the same. Good customer service ?. Usually not a big line.

I go this this store all the time as I work nearby. The staff is always friendly and awesome. The food is always fresh and tasty too. My go to for a quick lunch while at work :)

Went to get coffee and the creamer machine was at 48.4 degrees Ferenheit. It was brought to their attention but proceeded to do absolutely nothing about it. This can potentially make someone very ill or even kill them if it gets into the wrong hands.

Me an my other half ordered two large chicken Caesar salads with extra chicken and the lady on the phone asked if she could just take it out of the salads they made early in the am and I ask her if she could just freshly make them . When I picked up our salad their was barley any chicken an no chesse

There was a very sweet person in the Ellsworth deli (over by. Cadillac)tonight and they seemed very stressed out and I asked “may I ask why you are so stressed” and it turns out the person that was supposed to help them was in the back and not helping what so ever AS I REPEAT THIS PERSON SEEMED SO STRESSED OUT IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE CLOSE TO TEARS…. I also used to work here and this happens regularly DO BETTER FRESHIES

Very unwelcoming environment. New deli clerk looks to be the best they have ever seen.

Got a turkey italian today had very little on it ordered from the counter asked for provolone cheese got american (don't like) and 4 very thin pieces of turkey 3 tomato slices and 2 tiny pieces or peppers with way to many onion and no pickles (didn't want) so this was made all wrong and barely had anything on it and all I tasted was the bread so not going to get that again from there and may never go back to that store again

Great customer service and great coffee. Very receptive to diversity. I feel welcomed.

Great place to stop and pick up lunch in the morning if you eat out of a lunchbox like I do.Problem is that every now and then the sandwich cooler is absolutely cleaned out. I’ve been burned too many times to keep stopping there for my lunch.With four people staffed there in the mornings I don’t know why they couldn’t have a few of them replenishing sandwiches instead of standing around.

After finding the debit card I left in a pump, management went out of their way to contact me.
