This was the first restaurant we stopped at in our family vacation to Maine. The atmosphere was very much a hometown diner, unorganized front lobby with to gos and no real waiting spot for new patrons trying to get a table. Staff was friendly, food was decent, overall experience was not bad but also note noteworthy.
Saw this on our way back from Acadia park. We really wanted lobster rolls. The girls had lobster roll - one with mayo and the other with butter. The guys had seafood soup. All our food was delicious. Oh and they had homemade pies!!!
The last time I stopped here yesterday, the lobster roll with butter and the haddock chowder were not as good. The lobster meat in the roll did not taste as fresh and it lacked butter. The haddock chowder was not...
