Josie's Country Store & Cafe

Our family celebrated our son’s birthday tonight at Josie’s. Food was delicious, waited on in a timely manner. Thank you for the cake and candle.

If you don't already know about this little gem, you need to check it out for yourself. There's a cute little outside dining area covered and heated for your comfort. The menu has quite a selection that might make you weary, but trust that your dish will be crafted just like the one before it. The poke bowl is a new found food my husband and I like to try throughout out travels. We have had a few good ones and a lot of just ok ones. Josies poke bowl is hands down the best I've had this year. The flavor and freshness make me want to come back again and again. Another favorite dish of ours is fish tacos. I think already know that I'm going to tell you Josies hang with the best around. It's a breaded fish taco that won't actually disappoint. My husband says he's never had a bad dish served to him here.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local person and we were very pleased with our delicious lunch and friendly, prompt service. The orange chicken, fried rice, and Thaï tea were perfect and very filling. We look forward to our next visit. Best wishes to Josie and family.

Great breakfast. Had gravy and biscuits, my wife had a huge portion of hash and eggs plate. Everything was very fresh and delicious. It is a weird set up. You walk into a country convenience store. Asked if we want a table, then walk back outside to the farmers porch to sit. Very clean, nice and warm. It was late October. Nice views. Very busy. The help was good. Didn't know you had to get up and go back to the convenience store to pay. Was sitting there for a long time waiting. Besides not knowing the process of sitting and paying afterwards, I recommend Josie's for breakfast to anyone. I would go back, no problem.

Excellent little cafe outside on the deck, but with some nice construction as if you are inside. Great food, quick. The lobster melts were awesome!

Parking: A few spots in front at the same level. Big lot behind the store but you have to climb a flight of stairs or walk up the steep hill.

There for brunch on a weekday. Service was really slow. Waiters were polite but guy at counter was really rude when we paid! Would not go back.

Ordered a dessert and waited 30 minutes before someone came out and said they were out of it. Otherwise, the food was fantastic and the prices appropriate for very good food
