Went through the drive through. They still have not fixed the speaker system so you can barely understand the person on the speaker. My daughter ordered a tenders box with potato and gravy, the employee asked if she wanted to add Cole slaw, she said sure. We got home and she opened her box to find a coleslaw, which was an added charge, her tenders and a biscuit. No potatoes and gravy, which is what she actually ordered with that box and what she really wanted. Its so disappointing with the high costs of things now when you dont get everything you order. This place is really on a downward trend and if they dont fix things soon could be the next place shut down in Ellsworth.

I have ordered KFC through DoorDash three times since moving to the area, all 3 times my food was delivered without any dipping sauce which was listed on the order. I’m beyond upset, I order food to work and expect to have everything I ordered arrive. Please pay more attention.

Can’t really hear through there speaker on the drive thru. Drive thru order taker seemed upset .Fried wedges are very hard and kinda left over . There chicken is soggy. There Famous bowls are pretty good 👍 . 20 bucks spent there

Filthy place! Bathroom doors does will not lock! Floors are covered with debris and have not been mopped in a long time! No clean tables!! Fries were not even warm and they didn’t give us the biscuit or butter. 2 employees went outside with a handful of napkins to pick up something and came back in and took it into the kitchen!
The black girl at the window was very helpful appreciate the extra sauces :)

I’ve worked customer service my entire time of working, so I understand being underpaid, overworked and understaffed. However, I just don’t know how to excuse waiting 45 minutes for an order after ordering in the lobby and getting home to find out have the meal you paid for not in the bag. None of the sides that came with combos were in our order, only sides we order on their own. No biscuits, coleslaw or Mac n cheese for 3 of the combos, a set of tenders and 3 sandwiches missing from the order. As others have mentioned, it’s also not very clean. I totally understand rush hours, and not enough hands. But it’s like that everytime I go here. It’s at the point where it’s just become an “avoid at all costs” take out place unless literally nowhere else is open to get something to eat.

While I was there I saw multiple people that had their hair not pulled back,I saw people touching their crotch area, and a young woman that had purple hair while having gloves on touched her hair, she also had cut her shirt so it was very revealing of her chest. This place also had a lot of dirt on the floors the bathrooms weren’t clean, and I saw black mold on the walls. This place deserves to be shut down! This is the nastiest KFC I've ever seen. We went in and ordered our food. We went to sit down and every table in the place was dirty. We had to get some napkins to wipe off a table to sit at. The floor had dirty napkins and straw covers everywhere. The door leading to the kitchen was covered with dirty hand prints and looked like mud on the lower half. The staff in the kitchen were joking around loudly and laughing. They seemed to be more concerned with each other than preparing food. We waited 15 minutes and had not received our food. I asked the guy at the counter about our food. He went and checked and said it would be up in a second. 5 minutes later, no food. We'd had enough and got our money back. The manager apologized and said they were busy after we told her how long we had been waiting. She was unprofessional and the one female employee working the kitchen was complaining loudly that she was having a nervous breakdown, as if, we, the customer was asking too much for our food in a timely manner. Nonsense, the drive thru was getting their food, but we couldn't get ours. Very poor service all around.
