Filthy place! Bathroom doors does will not lock! Floors are covered with debris and have not been mopped in a long time! No clean tables!! Fries were not even warm and they didn’t give us the biscuit or butter. 2 employees went outside with a handful of napkins to pick up something and came back in and took it into the kitchen!

I’ve worked customer service my entire time of working, so I understand being underpaid, overworked and understaffed. However, I just don’t know how to excuse waiting 45 minutes for an order after ordering in the lobby and getting home to find out have the meal you paid for not in the bag. None of the sides that came with combos were in our order, only sides we order on their own. No biscuits, coleslaw or Mac n cheese for 3 of the combos, a set of tenders and 3 sandwiches missing from the order. As others have mentioned, it’s also not very clean. I totally understand rush hours, and not enough hands. But it’s like that everytime I go here. It’s at the point where it’s just become an “avoid at all costs” take out place unless literally nowhere else is open to get something to eat.

While I was there I saw multiple people that had their hair not pulled back,I saw people touching their crotch area, and a young woman that had purple hair while having gloves on touched her hair, she also had cut her shirt so it was very revealing of her chest. This place also had a lot of dirt on the floors the bathrooms weren’t clean, and I saw black mold on the walls. This place deserves to be shut down! This is the nastiest KFC I've ever seen. We went in and ordered our food. We went to sit down and every table in the place was dirty. We had to get some napkins to wipe off a table to sit at. The floor had dirty napkins and straw covers everywhere. The door leading to the kitchen was covered with dirty hand prints and looked like mud on the lower half. The staff in the kitchen were joking around loudly and laughing. They seemed to be more concerned with each other than preparing food. We waited 15 minutes and had not received our food. I asked the guy at the counter about our food. He went and checked and said it would be up in a second. 5 minutes later, no food. We'd had enough and got our money back. The manager apologized and said they were busy after we told her how long we had been waiting. She was unprofessional and the one female employee working the kitchen was complaining loudly that she was having a nervous breakdown, as if, we, the customer was asking too much for our food in a timely manner. Nonsense, the drive thru was getting their food, but we couldn't get ours. Very poor service all around.

The God’s day of June 8th 2025. The Sunday’s crew at 2-3pm did horribly poor job taking orders, making the food, distributing it, replenishing the condiments, spoons, straws, lids. Received an almost mental breakdown and multiple eye rolls from the girl and fully tatted guy at front when I asked for my partially forgotten food. An order for 2 people they boxed it to go when asked for here wasn’t given cups until asked for them, they forgot 4 items in our order, thank god we ate there and didn’t find out when returning home. And we were not the only ones, at least 3 other people came back claiming to have missing items as well. Absolute shame, went to the same location last week and had an amazing time shame on the manager for putting the entire D team together for a shift. Do better. Now I have to find a new place to go. Such a drastic difference a week can make

Went to kfc 6/3/25 and ordered 8pc original 8pc extra crispy and the manager said that they where out of extra crispy chicken and a new batch would be up in 15 mins very nice person asked if we wanted to wait we said yes.. and than it bgain 15 min wait turned into 45 min wait we then repeated our self on the order several times before the crew got our order right. Then it took another 15 mins to put order together to get only one bucket of chicken the extra crispy and for got the other bucket of original chicken my friend Troy ordered 6 biscuits which we also had to say several times wow really then when we got home we realized they gave us a 8pc bucket of extra crispy and a 6pc bucket of original when we said we wanted two 8pc buckets wow again then when I tried to call to fix my order several times no one answered the phone that is very poor costumer service that's why I gave 2 stars instead of five I would have...
Waited 40 minutes after we ordered until the manager personally look at my slip and after another 10 minutes we got our order and 75% wasn't even our order. There was also a fight halfway through our first wait between the manager and a customer

My VERY LARGE ORDER was messed up. Didn't realize it until I was home,ready to feed a large family. NO LARGE SIDE,SMASHED BISCUITS . Ho-hum.. Got only 2 single Serve sides. Such a waste of time. STILL HAD TO COOK,when I got home!!

I ordered the 4 piece xtra crispy. Usually my favorite but I was very disappointed at this location. The oil needs to be changed and the chicken was extremely overcooked. Usually the best part is the crispy skin but it had a burnt taste.

K1, all thighs, original recipe is what I always order, with Cole slaw, been a long time since I've been to KFC. The price of this meal has nearly doubled, was $5 for a long time, now it's $9+, but compared to other fastfood chains, right in line price wise, everything has increased in price.
