The food tastes increasingly like cardboard soaked in beef broth and flavoring. The fries, once a favorite treat, smell of old oil and low quality. The food has been decreasing in quality in this chain for years. I'm not surprised with what I got, I'm just disappointed it's fallen so far. Servers and management were excellent, never missed a beat and were quick and efficient. The quality of the franchise as a whole is my complaint.

Several times I have ordered 50+ dollars worth of food from DoorDash. EVERY time I’m met with complete disappointment of missing food, drinks and sauce that I’ve paid for. The most help I’m met with is come back and we can fix it, I wouldn’t have doordashed if that was the case. Don’t waste any money on an order that’s incomplete/incorrect by ordering from here.

Dirty nasty stinky - could smell the restrooms all the way to the dining room. Didn't order, but I have gone through the drive-thru and got immediately ill. Don't know why I went back. Even the parking lot looks and smells like a dumpster.
