The workers laughed at me and my friend in the drive through at the window. I got a Oreo McFlurry REGULAR SIZE. Beats barely gave me any ice cream. It had half full or less than half and had a hole in the middle of the ice cream so there was only a little around the interior like a donut but thinner like Nicki Minaj. I’m extremely upset, my mid night sugar cravings were not satisfied. I wanted all 10/10 of the sweat treat, did I get it? No‼️ I got 3/10 of the sweat treat. How is my big back supposed to survive the night.

Fries are often cold, large fries are usually half full. You male employees like to talk to in a condescending tone and tell you to use the drive through correctly when the cones when you can just drive up to the speaker and order (not cutting anyone) Over all this place is a dump. There's one good employee that usually runs the window and he is a middle aged male thats about the only chance you have at getting your food correct.

Bathrooms were disgusting having urine on the walls, floors, toilet seats, baby changing station, and then some.... Very unclean and not a place I suggest ANYONE uses a toilet!! Place should get a fine for the way they arent clean. This is the location in Ellsworth Maine.

Very friendly staff and helpful. The store was clean and our fries were hot and fresh. Our cheese burger was fresh and hot. The manager is super attentive. I really enjoyed our experience at this McDonald's. Thank you, ❤️

The food tastes increasingly like cardboard soaked in beef broth and flavoring. The fries, once a favorite treat, smell of old oil and low quality. The food has been decreasing in quality in this chain for years. I'm not surprised with what I got, I'm just disappointed it's fallen so far. Servers and management were excellent, never missed a beat and were quick and efficient. The quality of the franchise as a whole is my complaint.
Toilets were not cleaned for a while, supervisor had an attitude and the drink tasted like rubbing alcohol.

Several times I have ordered 50+ dollars worth of food from DoorDash. EVERY time I’m met with complete disappointment of missing food, drinks and sauce that I’ve paid for. The most help I’m met with is come back and we can fix it, I wouldn’t have doordashed if that was the case. Don’t waste any money on an order that’s incomplete/incorrect by ordering from here.
