The one star is due to the way I was treated calling in an order. Pizza Hut is using call centers in another country and I couldn't understand what the woman was saying because she was talking to fast and I have hearing issues. The woman at the call center grew very annoyed with me asking her to repeat what she was saying and when I had to change the order last second and hung up the phone on me. I've never experienced the horrible customer service ever at the Pizza Hut in Ellsworth Maine or any other Pizza Hut I've been to in New England. So I'm never calling in again and I'm just going to have to go order take out the restaurant and wait. Because customers shouldn't be treated like that and this woman was not properly trained to deal with everyday customers.

Movie night at my friend's house? Pizza Hut in Ellsworth came to the rescue! A large Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers pizza was a special treat when I was growing up. I love the idea of cheese in the crust, all the way around. It tasted BETTER than when I was younger! Those who dined in had the dining area all to themselves. And the server on duty clearly loved her job. If you haven't been there in a while, give it a try!
No server so we had to do everything . But we were explained that when we got there.

Herb or Herm, I’m sorry I can’t remember the exact name. Our order was not showing up in the system but was on the app so we weren’t left in an awkward situation and Herb quickly dealt with the situation and helped us out! Great attitude and treated us with respect ! Highly recommend

The staff that was in on 8/31/2024 was FANTASTIC. The place was slammed and they were clearly understaffed but they were working their butts off. Our food was delicious to add. Just wanted to give them a shoutout for their hard work.

Salad bar veggies didn’t look fresh and were half frozen. No creamy Italian which was literally one main reason for stopping. Ladies bathroom smelled like urine and floor was sticky. Food okay. Ordered breadsticks and they didn’t even slice them.
