I recently purchased your Ethiopian roast and it may be my favorite coffee of all time. Purchased at Scratch Bakery, recommended by Scratch Bob.

Great place and nice people! We met the owner and she was super friendly. The drinks were all top shelf and the pastries were excellent!

Magical coffee that make all of your dreams come true.

Precipice Coffee is absolutely amazing! The coffee beans are incredible, and I really appreciate that they are roasted with a solar powered electric roaster. And the baked goods are out of this world! Many of the ingredients are sourced locally in Maine. The owners are so nice too! I couldn't say enough good things about them! If you haven't tried their products, you're missing out.

Hands down some of the best coffee you'll ever have!

They are my favorite roaster. The Ethiopia and the east Java are both incredible coffees. They do everything right. And the treats that they make are AMAZING!!

Average in most regards. Cute building, but very hot. I was not impressed with their pricing. A latte and americano was $12 without a tip.

YES! We discovered Precipice this morning! Great stop in Ellsworth as we visit the area. She makes her own array of syrups, great beans and hand pies. We even got a bouquet of flowers. We will be back. Keep up the good work.

Love their coffee and the little shop ambiance!

Love the Update: we still love visiting our favorite coffee shop in town. Maggie and Bill are great and we love Maggie's added treats. They're constantly adding things and changing a bit to keep up with their rapid growth. We love seeing how busy they've gotten and visiting them at the local markets. If you haven't gotten down there be sure to, and absolutely grab a treat from the case!Love the coffee and the owners. Great place to get your coffee for the week or the day, and if you're lucky a yummy homemade treat! Also, their zero emissions roasting is done in house, ask about it.

Delicious coffee ... And snacks. Both the cookie and the olive oil cake were great.

spent a week road-tripping and exploring from Belfast to Lubec and this was hands down the best coffee of the trip.
