I called and called and called after placing an online order to ensure my meat was heated. No one answered, so I had my husband ask upon pickup and no one could tell him. And the meat was COLD. Who makes a chicken bacon ranch cold. I need a refund.

The 3 female employees working the front today at around 1130am were AMAZING! top notch service, made friendly/delicious suggestions, and worked super efficiently! I had the pleasure of witnessing what looked to be an absolute nightmare of an order and they handled it with such grace and professionalism. Great crew today and my sandwiches were perfect!

Subway isn’t usually our first choice, but we needed something quick and reliable — and typically, Subway fits the bill. Not this location. The whole point of Subway is the assembly line ordering process, but this place felt like chaos. Staff were yelling orders across the counter, customers were confused, and people who ordered last somehow got their food first. Definitely not the smooth, efficient experience we expected. Be warned before going to this one.

Very poor service this is what you get when you hire kids that don't know what they're doing the manager of the Elsa Subway should really step up and train the workers better cuz the workers they don't have a clue

Great food, service, and atmosphere!!! The three ladies working there were happy laughing and talking with every customer; it was genuinely a very welcoming place to stop and grab a sub. I definitely recommend this subway!!!
