No. Worst restaraunt experience ever. Have gone in multiple times hoping it was a fluke. Worse every time. Never have crispy chicken. Damn get another oven! Noone greets you you have to wait for a cashier that never comes. Ordered food, had a huge hair wrapped around it. Inconsistent food. Wrong stuff. Sloppy. Inexscusable. No gloves no hairnets rude lazy staff. Don't.

Horribly slow, foods always cold. Going inside and ordering inside takes 30 minutes MINIMUM. Staff does not look nor act friendly. They throw the food in the bag and fries tenders will be through the bag. Tacos and chalupas are always thrown together and very messy. Overall this place sucks do not recommend

The last 4 times i placed an online order they messed up over half of the order. Past that they never pick up the phone, the workers are slacking heavy on the quality and none of them can seem to wrap a burrito. Just disapointed because i used to work at the location and my orders werent messed up this frequently.

I asked for a 4 piece chicken tender box and got a 3 piece fried chicken box instead. I didn't check to see if my order was correct until I was home, which I regret. It didn't seem like they guy at the counter cared at all about his job.

Not enough help. Good for what they had except they couldn't get the order right initially. Overall did good. Fast food can be rough without help.

A year or two ago this used to be your typical average Taco Bell but in the last year it has turned into one of the worst I’ve ever seen. They are always out of the items I try to order and never remember any order details. Down to the smallest details like never putting a drink lid on all the way. Sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant. I’ve giving this place 3 chances this year and I won’t ever be going back.

I used to go here almost every Friday and sometimes on the weekends but I don’t think I will be stopping here any more. A couple months ago the manager changed and I’ve noticed a major drop in the service at the store as he can’t seem to keep help. The new manager who sees me there almost every Friday when he’s working just turned me away because they “couldn’t” take orders over the counter. He told me I could go through the drive through to get my order, when I explained to him I am in a very large work truck and can’t fit through the drive thru he told me there’s nothing he could do…… the previous manager always found a way when they were drive thru only. If he doesn’t want to help a regular customer that’s fine, he won’t be there long but I won’t be coming back….. nice job dude

they forgot to put fry in with my meal which was my side. didn’t realize til i got home of course also didn’t give me napkins -10
Staff seemed a little clueless at times as to what’s on their menu. They were out of a lots of sauces but only mentioned that after our order. I didn’t even get what I ordered. But it’s Taco Bell/kfc so it’s par for the course.
Overall, not the worst kfc Taco Bell I’ve been too

My last experience was so odd I had to share. The person at the window said “I wish I could say that I “secretly” take tips. I would say it if I could. I mean, I’d take a tip secretly. Once I said that to my teacher and he gave me a dollar.” So that was odd to start. I was ordering in the drive thru myself and picking up a mobile order. The mobile order was mistakenly ordered at another location. No big deal, we cancelled the order and I came back through the drive thru to order an 8 piece bucket. The same person told me “we don’t have enough chicken for that”. That struck me as so strange. I think they were lying? Maybe it was because I didn’t give them a secret tip. It was an unfortunate and strange experience. I can’t recommend them.

Disappointed. Couldn’t get our order right. We ordered Mexican pizza which was a disaster. When asked he said since it had beans it didn’t get cut properly. Bean burritos were grilled and they burnt them. Beans were Cold. Worst Taco Bell experience of my life.
I'm not sure what is more crazy, the fact that they consistently get our order wrong, or the fact that we keep going back. Typically this is a place to get a quick bite, but when you have to go back to the counter and wait longer for the order to be done again because it is incorrect, there's a problem. Also, when the employees all look at you standing at the counter upon arrival and no one bothers to greet you or come take your order, something needs to change...

Avoid at all costs…didn’t have half of the items on the menu and I had to exchange items because they were made incorrectly.

I would give zero if I could. You can't order online here and the box I ordered was $10. You can see how pathetic it was. Worst taco bell experience ever. I won't ever be coming back here. This place used to be nice too.
Believe the hype. Quite possibly the worst TB/KFC in the state. 45 min wait time for our order, overcharged and didn't get all we ordered. It wasn't busy. (Dining room was empty) and there were other customers chatting about the wait time to get their order. 1 or 2 even left with out getting anything, just walked out. I don't set the bar very high for fast food places, but this one couldn't even meet my low expectations. Avoid if possible. Save yourself the blood pressure spike from anger.
