It took forever to get any order in and then the order to be made. They didnt seem super busy inside, the guy just wasn't very attentive to the register. I saw multiple families walk out because no one came to take their order

Got kicked out the store because it wasn’t open, the lady was kinda rude about it but what I don’t get is that if they wasn’t open yet why were the doors unlocked allowing me to enter the restaurant? Idk tbh but the food is mediocre at best 🤷

Why even open up a franchise if you can’t properly maintain it? The only good thing is the pre-installed music playlist. Ellsworth you can do better!

Disappointed in how they make food there it’s like they have zero training in making burritos

Shauna is exceptional. We came in for a quick lunch stop while on a road trip with our baby and Shauna totally made our day. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was so sweet with our son, she even came out from behind the counter to bring us extra napkins when our son was getting applesauce all over his face while trying to eat it LOL. A lot of places we have historically eaten out at haven’t been super kid friendly but we felt so welcomed with our little kiddo today at this stop and it really warmed our hearts. Thank you Shauna for going the extra mile and for your kindness!!!

It's a Taco bell KFC. When I was there the line was huge and it took quite a bit of time to get my food but overall quality on par with any other location.

God’s day of June 8th 2025.
The Sunday’s crew at 2-3pm did horribly poor job taking orders, making the food, distributing it, replenishing the condiments, spoons, straws, lids.
Received an almost mental breakdown and multiple eye rolls from the girl and fully tatted guy at front when I asked for my partially forgotten food. An order for 2 people they boxed it to go when asked for here wasn’t given cups until asked for them, they forgot 4 items in our order, thank god we ate there and didn’t find out when returning home. And we were not the only ones, at least 3 other people came back claiming to have missing items as well.
Absolute shame, went to the same location last week and had an amazing time shame on the manager for putting the entire D team together for a shift. Do better.
Now I have to find a new place to go. Such a drastic difference a week can make

Went in to use bathroom and get food, employee went in stall next to me and didn't wash their hands after using restroom and went right back to work with unwashed hands.
Ordered 3 double beef burritos and they just gave me 3 beef and rice burritos. Out of 6 ingredients they only got 2 on the burrito. All 3. How useless can you possibly be.
P.s. You also can’t call the store to complain, you just get a busy signal.
Ellsworth Maine location has changed management and it shows. The food is soooo much better. I had given up on this specific location due to the horrible food and joke for management. Great job to the new management team and staff who have made an amazing transformation. Thank you 😊
I tried them twice both time ended up sick and my food was horribly wrong both times. Food was cold both times. How can you get tacos wrong? Smdfh health department needs to close your doors.
Everyone was coming in complaining about how their order was wrong and so was mine these people were slow and kept correcting our words and were not being very good workers we waited 45 minutes
