Oh my God, I love Taco Bell, but this was by far the worst experience I've experienced. Me and my friend were driving back to school, and decided to pick up some food. I got about 14 dollars worth of food and my friend got 22 dollars worth of food, and we got like three water bottles. The guy handed us my Mexican pizza and a large bag, I gave it all to my friend, so to be fair, he should've checked to make sure we had everything but there was SO MUCH MISSING.First off my Mexican pizza box was covered in brown, sticky sauce? I had to ask the guy to wipe it off, then when we stopped for gas I opened the bag to grab a water bottle, and we didn't get a single bottle. When we got back to school and began sorting our food my friend didn't receive any of his food!!I told him to call costumer service and get his money back(Cause we live about an hour away), because that was 22 dollars wasted for nothing.I gave him a soft taco, and I ate the other one and it was sweet?? Like they had touched some of their dessert items then began making my taco.The last straw, I just opened my Mexican pizza and there's tomato, I asked for no tomatoes on my combo meal, and yea they took the tomatoes off of my tacos, and on the pizza there's no red sauce, there's tomato.Like Taco Bell corporation, can you please explain this :lUPDATE: Trying to eat the Mexican Pizza, they didn't cut it and is hard to bite into

Maine weather sucks. Unfortunately the wind had taken an aggressive stance on the wonderful town of Ellsworth. Me, super hungry, rolls through the drive thru, awaiting my double chicken chalupas. As the window rolled open to receive the warm delights, the wind almost took the bag right out of the servers hand. But this man, like a superhero, saved the food, and passed it through the window. To that employee, I say thank you. Thank you for saving my chicken chalupas.

Terrible. Employee rushed our order, guy handing us our food at the window was mean. Food was thrown in the bag, not even wrapped up, so the bag got soggy and almost ripped through. The sprite we ordered tasted like tonic water. Save yourself the money, and don’t go here. Won’t be back.

My experience at the Ellsworth KFC Taco Bell was unfortunately disappointing. Upon walking into the restaurant, we were greeted by an empty space devoid of other customers, which initially seemed promising for a quick and peaceful meal. However, our hopes were quickly dashed as we encountered several issues.Firstly, there were zero condiments or straws available in the dining area. We had to track down an employee and request these essentials, only to find out that they were kept behind the counter, which seemed inconvenient and unnecessary.Secondly, the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired. They were noticeably dirty, with crumbs and spills from previous diners not properly cleaned up.Despite the shortcomings in the restaurant's setup, the employees were friendly and accommodating when we approached them for assistance. However, the overall state of the restaurant made us opt to eat in the car instead of staying inside.In conclusion, while the Ellsworth KFC Taco Bell had polite employees, the lack of basic amenities like condiments and straws, coupled with dirty tables, detracted from the dining experience. This experience was particularly disappointing as we had hoped for a relaxing meal in the restaurant but had to settle for eating in the car due to the conditions inside.

This is ridiculous went in to get some food at 9:45 pm and they said they were closed, they close at 11 I was going through the drive thru and the guy smoking outside was like we are closed, it’s an hour and 15 minutes before closing this is unacceptable and I need this staff fired after this, bunch of lazy

I tried the new chicken wraps and what I got was nothing like the advertisement. I won't be ordering them again.
Idk if we were being punked but we ordered 5 items and fire sauce and literally everything was wrong with the order. Got a smash bowl instead of a mash bowl, got 2 original wraps instead of spicy mac&cheese, got soft tacos instead of crunchy ones, and not even the sauce was correct. Literally 0/6 on the order, it was shocking.
